StarHealth doesn’t allow me to make payment both on web/app, don’t the reason what the message is being shown is contact local branch.
What is wrong with the company why StarHealth is not allowing to make a payment?
I would never suggest anyone to take a policy from star health.
I have been paying you the premium from 7 years and post making purchase of multiple policies this is the most best experience I have ever received.
All you care about is just selling the policy and making money out of it

StarHealth needs so many fixes, right now its not even working. I am trying to access from outside the country its giving me an error “sorry for the inconvenience, please try again after sometime” its been 3 days with this issue. i had to login to the web to get the policy renewal. And most of the time fields in StarHealth are overlapping, also app crashes suddenly all the time.

Worst application in 2022….

Dont buy this insurances

Star Health App is not showing the policies for almost a month.

Neither StarHealth works, nor the website. Are they serious about thier business?

Does not work outside of India. Even in India, this is highly inconsistent. Enrolled policy some time show up and sometimes not.

I tried more than 2 weeks to renew my policy, after login…simple loooioooooding

Both channels has performance issues and unable to make insurance renewals. Worse UI and the star spinner for every transaction.

I was trying to login through website but don’t see login option and then downloaded app but there not allowing me to login with email ID/password and tried with MobileNumber/OTP too… 🤔

Major functionality is not working
I am unable to upload documents using StarHealth. It shows a blank screen when i click upload document button. Without this function , StarHealth is totally useless

Application have non network hospitals data looks like they are not syncing data properly
And download policy,receipt functionalities are not working
There is no functionality to book a preventive health checkup for a family members by splitting offered amount

Please update StarHealth with all features and keep it upto date

I paid premium for health insurance after consulting and assurance of Rs 33350 on 1 November 22
So far neither received the policy nor refund regarding my complaint generated tickets more than four times but no response from company even after calling at customer support assured for resolving problem with in 24 hours to 48 hours every time
But no response
Fed up with the company

Not easy to navigate and cannot see all needed info for support

KYC update does not complete successfully, tried multiple times on different days still does not work

Does not allow Top Up option

Hello team, StarHealth looks good, but there's an issue with the time zone—it always defaults to IST. For example, if I'm in the USA, the time zone is still set to IST, preventing me from entering my wellness details accurately. Please fix the time zone problem.

App does not work on Android or IOS.
Poorly developed and untested App.
Please test thoroughly and release to the public.
You are wasting our time.
