How to fix Metro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Metro app on iPhone
Update Metro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Metro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Metro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Metro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Metro app issues:

Force Stop the Metro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Metro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Metro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Metro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Metro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Metro.

Fix Metro unable to contact server/ Metro internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Metro » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Metro » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Metro on android.
