I am unable to open the book I have linked to my Aldiko Next app. It lets me open the app, but when I click on the book it boots me from the app and an error message appears.

How to fix Cantook app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cantook app on iPhone
Update Cantook app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cantook iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cantook on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cantook network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cantook Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cantook not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cantook App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cantook » click [Force Stop]

Update Cantook to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cantook App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cantook » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cantook.

Fix Cantook unable to contact server/ Cantook internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cantook » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cantook » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
