Really great app 👍 It is neatly organized, most items shows the pictures, the ounces and the quantity. I really like how fast everything went, i ordered over 50 items from this smart & final app, and received them the next day! They ask you what time you want your order to be delivered to you and honestly they are very punctual with that time. The person who delivered it to me had it nicely place in the bags on my porch and rang when he was finished, only problem i had was that maybe 4-5 of my items i ordered were not the ones i found inside the bag. Either way, it was nice of them to cancel them out from my order and return that money back to me. Still i would like to return the items that have been replaced from the ones they couldn't get and hopefully get my money back on those. A suggestion for this app would be that if the customer ordered one specific thing, then please do not try to find a replacement for it. If you cant find my item then take it out of my cart please :)

Good store, kludgy app
There are a lot of ease-of-use and usability problems with the app. My pet peeve is that item descriptions both in the online shopping function and weekly ad function do not include the size of the package. For instance, can’t tell if a package of berries is 5, 16, 18, or 32 oz.

The app is extremely glitch-y and slow in comparison to all of my other grocery store apps. I’m extremely disappointed because smart and final has some great deals.
