I have a problem with Uphold Card

Lost my card,my account is block and frozen,I need a new card to the same address,so I can unblock my account.

To resolve Uphold Card network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Uphold Card App
1. On android, goto Settings » Uphold Card » click [Force Stop]

Clear Uphold Card App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Uphold Card » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Uphold Card.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Uphold Card » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Uphold Card » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Uphold Card
