After I confirm my address UpholdCard then states I need to make sure I have $9.95 on my US debit card ( the funds are available) but it never states whether or not that’s been confirmed or if the card is one it’s way.. the screen never advances. Every time I click confirm says the same thing. Has my card been sent? It never gave me the card number so I could use it virtually until card arrives either. I just didn’t get any confirmation that my order went through. Please explain what’s my next move. I contacted uphold customer service but no response yet.. so I’m reaching out here for answers. Thanks

I tried to link my account, but it keeps telling me I need to have $9.95 on my card even though I do. I can’t go past that point. Customer service emailed me back after several days with a canned response that had nothing to do with my question and screenshot I emailed them. I have heard nothing back since I replied to their email, pointing out they didn’t address my question. Hoping my account gets approved soon at Binance so I can switch over to them.

I have been a consistent user of Uphold since 2016 and they have continued to exceed my expectations. This new card allows you to use any funds in your uphold account or even withdraw at an ATM. I have been using it for almost 9 months and now I don’t know how I could live without it.

UpholdCard is terrible when it comes to fees. When you try to withdraw there’s always a $20 to $40 difference and you cannot withdraw the exact amount of value you own. If you have $341 of DGB at the time then you should be able to withdraw that exact amount. This needs to fixed immediately if you expect people to stay around and use your services.

I’m really frustrated with UpholdCard. I have linked my bank successfully and it is not showing up in UpholdCard . I have sent several emails and the problem have not been corrected. I’m unable to sell or withdraw my money from UpholdCard because it’s not allowing my bank to be live on its app ... although all the login info was successful.

The crypto I purchased was via my credit card.
I need my bank linked!!!!!!

I was very excited to use Uphold when I first learned about it.

Putting money IN is easy. Trading is easy, but your fees are insane.

USING your deposited funds is impossible. They claim a maximum of 7 business days for a deposit to settle and this isn’t true. For a week now my USDC deposit via ACH has not been able to be selected for use.

It takes another 7 days APPARENTLY to withdraw these funds. But given that everything on their website is a lie, this will probably require an official consumer complaint to get my funds back.

You cannot unlink a bank account, which is super shady.

There is no human support. Not by email. Not by phone. Phone goes straight to voicemail and I’ve tried a dozen times in 48 hours.

Need either monthly csv of transactions for tracking purposes, or an API/connection via Plaid.

When you attempt via Uphold app and not Uphold Card app, everything is deidentified so it is impossible to tell what each charge means.

If you don't have the uphold card and you have bitcoin you don'know what you are missing.. So convenient so much support help when you need it. Go get yours today..

I absolutely love this card it’s super simple to use and I never had any of the issues that some of these people are complaining and crying about.

Currently it tells me I need 9.95$ to get the card and that I need that in my card to get it. It doesn’t advance past that. I have that money and still can’t get past that point. I like the concept but until this is fixed you folks won’t get any good reviews or any real use out of this card.

Great experience, a little confusing at first that there will be a ~$10 dollar charge to issue both virtual and physical cards but not a deal breaker. Love that it has support for BTC but would welcome support for DAI as well.

I realize crypto is new to many people. There are literally dozens of options that are more fair with fees, tapping into your monies immediately and keeping your wallet secure with a simpler authentication process. Do your research. Until upload upgrades and becomes more user friendly . Keep clear you have too many other viable options. This thing is a mess.

I keep getting an error that I cannot withdraw funds because I have an unsettled ACH deposit, when I know for a fact that I do not as I have recently withdrawn money from uphold and had no issues. Since then I have not done any ACH deposits, & I now getting an error that I have to wait 4-5 days and I have been waiting much longer than that.

I’ve created two accounts on accident, now my account been in review for over two months now. Customer Support has reached out to me once to tell me to stop filing support tickets. They’ve not fixed my problem - I’ve got a thousands of dollars tied up on their account and it’s like they’ve literally just stolen my money.

I received a lot of emails offering me to apply for this card and it is more than 2 weeks since I finally did it but it keeps saying under review.
Don’t you even bother offering percentages or whatever if I can see in other comments that at the end of the day you have never provided anybody the card.

Downloaded UpholdCard and have my uphold digital debit card up and running!!!! My physical card is in the mail. Can’t wait to start earning cash back!!!!

I don’t even know why you guys offered me an UpHold card. I was fine without the headaches.

Why release an app so broken, it makes your reset your password, failed authentication attempts, and then when you finally are able to log-in, the UI is almost unusable.

I don’t understand what the point behind making an entirely new app for this was when you could have just integrated it into the original UpHold app.

Very unprofessional. Until UpholdCard gets fixed, my review will remain one star. Get it together, UpHold. This is embarrassing.

I love the Uphold app but the debit card will not confirm. I’ve been trying for weeks. I’ve emailed customer support three times and got one response that didn’t fix anything. The card seems like a great thing but Uphold needs to get it together and fix the constant loop issue that’s happening.

I can already see I’m going to file a suit or a consumer complaint against you guys. You don’t deal with peoples funds and not make yourself even slightly available to alleviate financial issues! WE WANT OUR MONEY OFF YOUR APP! This is ridiculous.

I literally can’t log in with my uphold account or using GlobalID. The confirmation emails send 10 minutes after attempting to log in and clicking the links does nothing. Links to open GlobalID or the regular uphold app to log in do not work.

Great for earning rewards on your purchase , & at the same time investing on crypto

Never sent me a Confirmation for the card I ordered.
Along with giving difficulties linking banking to app.
