I realize crypto is new to many people. There are literally dozens of options that are more fair with fees, tapping into your monies immediately and keeping your wallet secure with a simpler authentication process. Do your research. Until upload upgrades and becomes more user friendly . Keep clear you have too many other viable options. This thing is a mess.
Cannot withdraw Funds

I keep getting an error that I cannot withdraw funds because I have an unsettled ACH deposit, when I know for a fact that I do not as I have recently withdrawn money from uphold and had no issues. Since then I have not done any ACH deposits, & I now getting an error that I have to wait 4-5 days and I have been waiting much longer than that.

I’ve created two accounts on accident, now my account been in review for over two months now. Customer Support has reached out to me once to tell me to stop filing support tickets. They’ve not fixed my problem - I’ve got a thousands of dollars tied up on their account and it’s like they’ve literally just stolen my money.
