Questions are challenging to answer with complete accuracy
I’ve done the practice assessment already and yet it still is a prompt. It says I can use my Face ID to login on iPhone but for some reason I have to retype in my email and password every morning.
The controls are not intuitive at all. I’m pretty computer and app literate but swiping for a hidden assess button to pop up? Having to click “none” before I can click “done”? If I wanted to check a box, I would have. I shouldn’t have to click “none” to reaffirm that I haven’t clicked any boxes.
I never leave reviews, positive or negative. But the level of complete and total garbage that ezSCRN is leads me to leave one. My wife, who actually designs apps and programs for her job also marvels at how glaringly terrible ezSCRN is.
Terrible app. To many steps to validate your health. Very inefficient.

Doesn’t use facial recognition, requires you to login each and every time you use ezSCRN , and poor/confusing user experience. Super annoying to have to login each and every tune you open ezSCRN - doesn’t matter if you just logged in 5 seconds ago and switch away to another app for a moment. User experience is very confusing overall - not really intuitive and there are just way too many clicks and actions the user must take. Could definitely use a U/X design overhaul.

Easy to use app with checklist of symptoms to watch out for.
I don’t know why so many bad reviews! For me it works just perfect. There are 1-2 things that I’d like to change, but I don’t thing those make ezSCRN “horrible” and “stupid”. I’ve just realized that you actually don’t need to swipe left the name to start the assessment, you can just click on it and it does the same thing.
