How to fix Film Frames app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Film Frames app on iPhone
Update Film Frames app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Film Frames iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Film Frames on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Film Frames network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Film Frames not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Film Frames App
1. On android, goto Settings » Film Frames » click [Force Stop]

Update Film Frames to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Film Frames App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Film Frames » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Film Frames.

Fix Film Frames unable to contact server/ Film Frames internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Film Frames » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Film Frames » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
