The fact that RI has ZERO competition and this is SportsbookRI we’re stuck with is so RI. Impossible to search for games, horrible props, no bonuses, games listed late, etc. From a user standpoint, app needs to be closed and restarted if you stop using it after 15 minutes and turns to just a white screen. Doesn’t log you in with face recognition so you need to navigate to three screens to start placing bets. Looking at apps from other states with sports gaming and I just sigh and remind myself why RI is always the state with good ideas and horrendous execution.

App constantly has login issues. UX IS BAD. The book changes rules on what bets they will take seems to change daily, I assume, based on others winning. Completely stopped taking the first half of college totals and spreads for the past two days.

Lines are off from Vegas by more than a point to pad the book. Please don't waste your time with it. Either go to the casino or go to CT and use a DraftKings WAY better.

Absolutely terrible doesn’t have all the games app keeps crashing finally got it to work and won a bet and I tried to take my money out and it won’t let me add a withdrawal option cause it says I’m not in Rhode Island which clearly I am and I tried to contact customer support 5 times and no one answered so now my money is stuck on SportsbookRI don’t get trapped just go to a casino don’t even touch SportsbookRI

So I get it they don’t have as many props and no bonuses or anything, all of that I can live with, but why can’t I parley an over/under with a winner in MMA anymore? And why can’t I parley a players stats bet with a team to win a game these are basic fun bets that you can do on any other website. Improve SportsbookRI please, this isn’t complicated use the same design team as DK or FD or anyone else!!!

App crashes as you make bets. When you take a live under/over, they jump the line up or down a few points whichever way you’re going, to make your odds worse. You can’t leave SportsbookRI to check scores or SportsbookRI will crash!!! Honestly, SportsbookRI fits right in with how things are done here in RI. TRASH. But the only thing I have so of course I use it. SMH.

Missing tons of betting options that other books offer, can’t parlay soccer pk lines, missing tons of game props, teaser options are very limited, lines are usually way off and unfairly priced. Missing leagues that other books have also.

Just overall the worst Sportsbook I’ve ever used by far.

I’ve called four times prior to the SheBelieves Cup for the USWNT (soccer) to have games listed & was told each time that they would look into it but nothing was ever done. NCAA Women’s College Basketball & Women's College Hockey aren’t listed in SportsbookRI either. What is it going to take to get more women’s sports listed in SportsbookRI?! It’s 2022 & this shouldn’t be a review I need to write.

Notice that a bunch of soccer games have been removed, it’s almost like they are doing it in purpose since they don’t want to give the consumer a fair shot at bets. They put in bets that no one cares for, no good prop bets, Live betting is limited. Can’t wait for Mass to get sports gambling, i will no longer use this useless app.

They took away all the good football props. Can’t bet on anytime touchdown and a lot more . Anything that’s a good win they take out so you can’t win the lines are way different then all the other lines across the country and Sportsbooks . RI needs to let us just use fan duel

App is hardly ever working. Does not have half of the bets other leading sports betting apps such as DraftKings and barstool have. You can’t do same game parlays. But our date re-upped with them for an additional 20 years! Here’s to another 20 years of crossing into Connecticut to use a real sports betting app.

Went to watch Patriots’ Thursday night game and ALDS game. Was physically sitting in the Sports Club Bar and Grill at the Twin Rivers casino. First issue is that I couldn’t add money to my account. Have had issues before all while at the Sports Book (they cannot solve app money issues at the casino, need to call an 800 number) when I set up the account last week SportsbookRI wouldn’t permit my BOA account to be used to deposit/withdraw funds. So I added a checking account from my second bank which was accepted. Last night I received messages of either an error had occurred, had to be in RI or insufficient funds (which there were more than enough). So I added another account, this time savings, and still got errors each time I tried to deposit. Ended up having some cash on me to make some small bets but was so frustrated figured I’d just withdraw what little I had in there (<$20) but I couldn’t as I had less than the required $20. Sitting at my house just over the border in Massachusetts this morning I tried to add money and couldn’t as I can’t bet unless physically in RI. Was not trying to bet, just add money. OBTW I also checked my bank balances and all fine there. So app seems to have issues not recognizing your location which I experienced last night and the banking function of SportsbookRI is a big frustrating experience.

This really is an awful app. There are always location issues and way too few options to bet. Parlay options are limited.

I’m sitting in the parking lot of the Tiverton casino and I can’t even verify my location on the trash app, really need to upgrade it. Once Massachusetts gets a sportsbook you’ll lose millions in revenue.

Horrible app, Horrible 3rd party partnership! I place my own limits for cash not y’all muppets.

SportsbookRI is a joke when it comes to sports betting, I drive to CT to place my bets with draftkings. If you want to bet in Rhode Island and have a decent experience, go out of state.

Unless I use SportsbookRI as soon as I turn my phone on, I just get a blank white screen.

Be careful of SportsbookRI! I won a bet and was never paid by them. SportsbookRI needs to be closed and Dan duel needs to come to RI!

For that app being the only option to sports bet in the state. It’s a joke. Worst app

Hey its the third day if baseball where are the games why cant i bet on them?

The monopoly over Rhode Island sports betting has resulted in a terrible app with terrible customer support.

I have been waiting about 4 weeks and have seen no sign of receiving my winnings. Their app is not capable of letting you withdraw for whatever reason (huge red flag imo) and to resolve this after about 5 phone calls, I was offered to be mailed a check. Well, it has been almost 3 weeks now and no check. I’ve had to call an additional 10x (not exaggerating) and it appears i’m getting nowhere still. I am always promised an email or call back and never have I recieved one. Now i’m waiting once again on the hotline, on hold for probably 15-20 minutes. Thanks a lot Rhode Island, yet another highlight why this state is corrupt.

There aren’t enough hours in the day to describe all of the problems SportsbookRI has, so I’ll try to briefly summarize - it’s practically impossible to log in, SportsbookRI can NEVER recognize when you are physically in the state of RI, it’s difficult to make deposits or withdrawals, most of the customer service team is illiterate, it unexpectedly logs you out in the middle of placing wagers, it doesn’t grade your bets as winners for days after the events are finished, among a dozen other major issues. It is unequivocally the worst app ever created, it would be an honor to meet the people responsible for this unconscionable atrocity.

I don’t know how an app can be worse. Constantly lags out. Bets don’t place, glitches everywhere. Was logged out once for no reason and have not been able to access my account since despite having password written down and security question answered correctly. RI is the worst state in the US with sports bettting, and it’s not close.

Guess what deposits are real quick! Within seconds! Withdrawals on the other hand are a whole other matter. You'll wait the 3-5 business days. Then you'll call and ask after that where is my withdrawal? You will be told that the withdrawal system is down and they are having issues. When asked a timeframe for the fix none was given. What a joke.

Terrible app. Constantly can’t verify your location, takes up to 20 minutes to actually place a bet. And if you do win, they will only allow you to bet like $5 from that point forward. Just awful.

Good luck even logging in. If you ever manage to login, good luck getting your payment do go through. I’ve tried this 3 separate times all months apart and it takes me an hour on the phone with someone to even login. Absolutely pathetic app.

Established an account months ago can’t make a deposit have called numerous times they can’t figure it out they keep telling me they will get it rectified and call back and they never call back. Just deleted the app !!!!!!

They take your money next day if you lose but take 3-4 weeks to pay you when you win . No way to reach them unless you use hotline where you can't even reach a supervisor !

It’s not a terrible app but I can’t make any bets at some times in the day (early morning). Why is that!? The system is always logging me out geographically. So many bugs.

Has no problem taking money out of your bank account. But god forbid when you try to withdraw it doesn’t work. Going on two weeks now and have received NOTHING.

Tried everything including resetting password, deleting & reinstalling app — nothing works.

Really wish we could use DraftKings Sportsbook app in RI!

I have a 6 game parlay sitting for months. One of the games was postponed several hours, played later in the day. I won but it's just sitting there. CANNOT get ahold of them. I sit for hours on hold and then I get hung up on

I am located in Westerly, will not let me place bets, keep saying not located in R.I., very frustrating, as far as I know Westerly is still in R.I.....

Absolutely awful app. Pretty much what you would expect from a state-run gambling app in a terrible state run by idiots.
