App has only a couple of things is has to do. Zero of them actually work. I’m no fan of Symantec but at least their app worked. FlagscapeAuthenticator is claimed to reduce risk yet it doesn’t even work and we’re supposed to believe it was better written than an app that actually works?
The onboarding setup flow is terrible, it doesn’t describe what you need to do. It’s also scary, because you’re not 100% sure this is actually made by the bank.
No longer works… states you require a QR code or another code with a serial number.
Have to install it on a different phone.

App has continuous crashes on android devices
Prior to the 5.0.0 version, you could copy the OTP code; this was useful because then you could paste it into any webpage you were logging into. But now you can’t copy the code, so you have to remember it and switch back-and-forth between FlagscapeAuthenticator and wherever you’re logging in so you can enter the code manually. Also, there should be Apple Watch support. CashPro has OTPs on Apple Watch; FlagscapeAuthenticator should too!
Would be curious to see a comparison of the salary allocation to additional employee time spent using this piece inefficient app vs. the cost of Symantec.

This authentication app works well overall and I appreciate greatly that I can install it on my work supplied iPhone, personal iPhone & iPad. If one device is unavailable for whatever reason I have options. The latest update to allow for push notification approval is also great.
Additions that would make this ideal …
#1 - Support iPad landscape mode. When I use my iPad for work it’s generally in landscape mode attached to a keyboard. Generally I find myself swiping over into the authenticator app then turning my head to read the code sideways.
#2 - Apple Watch App
The speed is the same as Symantec’s app. However, with all the unused white space, they should make the six-digit code’s font larger. 1 star reduction.
Add support for Apple Watch Complications
I believe most of the reviews are from last year so rate is so low but i see it now it looks good and it is fast, it works with face ID and nothing to complain.
