Leaving a 5 star review cause me and my family love the food and service at Iron Hill. That being said I have some feedback for the developers of IronHillBrewery . When I get to the point of entering in my existing KOTH number (step 3) it won’t accept the number I provide. I just see the loading screen and it won’t take me to (step 4). I either need better feedback at this point or it’s just simply not working. Also when selecting my preferred location of Phoenixville in (step 2) nothing actually shows up in the form field, however this does not prevent me from moving to the next step but I still can’t get past step 3. I am using an iPhone 10 with iOS 13. I only used it in portrait mode and did not try it in landscape. Ultimately I just want to be able to keep track of how many points I accumulate since we come to eat here so often.

App works great except for this! The servers are (rightly) so annoyed they have to tell everyone how to check in for King of the Hill with like six separate steps. Please, all we are asking for is a button when we first open IronHillBrewery . Location based! Make it happen.

Downloaded IronHillBrewery after seeing that a new location was being built and about to open In Buckhead 100 feet from my condo.

After installing IronHillBrewery , I couldn’t look at their menu, or beer list, yet I got CONSTANT push notifications from Their App - even after turning notifications off.

IronHillBrewery also kept messaging me thru my notificatikns asking to use my location. I ALREADY SET IT UP TO ONLY GIVE IronHillBrewery PERMISSION TO USE LOCATION WHILE USING IronHillBrewery . WHY DOES YOUR APP KEEP ASKING ME TO CHAMGE THE SETTINGS I SPECIFICALLY PICKED?!?!

IronHillBrewery was trying to trick me into giving it access to my location all the time. And it did this several times within 10 hours of installing. Nope. Gotta go.

And I can’t see the menu or the beer list? This business is gonna fail. They clearly do not understand their customers. What a horrible experience.

AND THEY ARE STILL NOT OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

Please add more information about the beverage choices from within the ordering system. The title doesn’t always explain the type/flavor profile. It would also be nice for mobile orders to get surveys, too, instead of limiting those to in-house receipts.

I tried IronHillBrewery last week. Between my wife, waitress and me, we couldn’t figure out how to check in to get points. Tonight I figured it out. You need to click on Locations, choose th location where you are, click Details and finally…click Check in. That’s lots of work for someone who’s drinking beer. It would make more sense for the Check in option to be a tab on the main screen.

Clearly IHB is telling their employees to give IronHillBrewery five star ratings! None of the five-star ratings left reviews, and all of the reviews are one or two stars!! If apple only allowed ratings with reviews, IronHillBrewery would be 1.1 stars!

IHB you overpaid whoever made IronHillBrewery. While registering, there is no auto fill, fields show as white, the zip comes up as letters, and at the end of filling all the fields, it wouldn’t let me register my koth card!!! And when I hit back, all the fields are blank again! Did anyone test this at all??

Installed IronHillBrewery at the restaurant as per my servers (Taylor) instructions. Immediately saw my available points and all of the functionality of IronHillBrewery is working perfectly. No issues on my end and I will continue to use!

If you already have an email registered with Iron Hill, you don’t need to re-register and enter your KOTH number. You just need to login with your email and pwd.

IronHillBrewery has worked great for me. We just got home and it already has my points for our valentine dinner. They had a special Valentine Menu. The food was awesome, cooked to perfection and the service was just as good even though they were super busy. Glad I made reservations😀.

App says that my card is already registered. Some fields appear blank after being filled out. The “sign in” page for registered cards doesn’t clarify whether to enter the card number, name, phone number, etc. Login button doesn’t prompt any “incorrect login info” message so it’s hard to know if the button even works. A lot of bugs to be worked out still...

Says already registered. Of course it is since I already have a card and it says to enter the number below!

Tried other option to login, won’t accept login info but it works online.

Would love to use IronHillBrewery , but unusable.

KOTH member here so avid user of IronHillBrewery . Was working fine - check-ins, menu, etc but for the last month keeps crashing when trying to open. Crashes instantly. Using iPhone 10XR

Great app, great options and great service from a great restaurant

Unable to enter my information to register the KOTH card. In my first attempt it froze after I entered my card number. Deleted IronHillBrewery and reinstalled at which point the drop down menus for store locations were empty and I could not move forward with the registration process.

The IHB app is great to track rewards but app will not allow user to place an order. User receives error message, Error validating basket.

Can’t register, and IronHillBrewery is not providing any error message, just not moving to next screen.
Better to spent some time testing your app before releasing it to your customers

Sign up issues, when adding card number nothing happens. Could not complete. Also font is way too weird, too narrow, hard to read.

Gunna level with you guys, this is a bad customer experience. Sometimes people wanna go out to dinner and not whip out their smart phones and download a 15 dollar. Definitely COULD be better, but this isnt it.

This option does not work in IronHillBrewery . Please fix it as it is very annoying.

IronHillBrewery would not take my card number, an unacceptable lack of error handling.

App does not move on to stage 4 after typing in KOTH number on back of card.

+ member no. card nearly illegible after six mo. Oh well beer’s good. I like IHB but not app.
