Unable to enter my information to register the KOTH card. In my first attempt it froze after I entered my card number. Deleted the app and reinstalled at which point the drop down menus for store locations were empty and I could not move forward with the registration process.

Sign up issues, when adding card number nothing happens. Could not complete. Also font is way too weird, too narrow, hard to read.
