8 months agoWe are a new artist called Roseland (country artist), just released song titled "Think That I Needed You". It is listed under another (inactive) "Roseland" artist. I'd like to have our page separated from theirs. How can this be achieved on your end? Thanks,

1 year agoHello, I’ve downloaded the app Amazon Music for Artists. The first step on the app is to search the name of the artist I want to claim, which is me, but I do not show up in the search, so there’s nothing for me to claim. Distrokid is my distribution and I have found my album in the Amazon Music app, but again, NOT in Amazon Music for Artists. To note, I haven’t had this issue arise on Spotify or Apple Music. Thank you.

1 year agoIf I have a problem, it is that I don't understand why they take so long to verify my artist profile, I have 5 requests and they have never made it, so that an artist wants to be on Amazon music if the service they provide to the artists themselves, is not good!!!!! 1 year agoMy album release is supposed to be TODAY 5/1/2022. Album: WHEN WE DANCE. Artist: Gary Pecorella. The release shows up on Amazon.con but when you click on it… amazon music says NO LONGER AVAILABKE!!! Please correct immediately! 843-214-0246

Not helpful at all!
They mistakenly put music from other artists into the your data. When you go through the required process of notifying them to get it fixed, they apologize, tell you to do what you’ve already done, state they will fix the problem, and nothing ever gets corrected. This has happened several times with my account. No where near as good as similar apps for other music services.

they won’t fix my release
My music was released on another artists profile with a similar name, so I cannot claim my own artist profile. This app allows you to file for this to be fixed. I’ve filed about 3 times, and did all the steps and and waited all the time they told me to, but after 4 months they still have not fixed this issue. They said it would take within 28 days.

Can’t update artists pic or backdrop, analytics are limited, no way to submit feedback or bugs as those are also unable to send. You can tell they just stopped working on this and left it as-is…
