Everything I wanted

This app is free, it’s legit, and it’s totally perfect even for beginners. I’ve only been doing it for 3 days and I’ve noticed a huge difference. Not only in flexibility, but in pain! Whew girl you feel like a new woman after taking only 20mins to do small 30-60 sec stretches while the app times everything for you and you follow along with the animations. You get a break between EVERY stretch! Is it still going too fast? No problem- click the “add +20sec” option and rest a little more! Too slow? Select the “skip rest” option! There are built in rest days too so you give your muscles time to breathe. This is the app I never knew I needed and I’m a die hard throw weights around with the boys at the gym girl. I’m a huge fan of both this app and its creator!

So happy!!

This is my first review ever!!! So, it’s been a little over a month and I can do a full side split!! Both sides.. I can legit sit in them. I’ve never been able to do that. And I really didn’t think it would be that fast! I started on advance because I like to over do it. Lol. But I really pushed my stretch each time! It hurt sometimes. Idk if that’s good or not but I did because I wanted results. After the 15th day for some reason it was over for me. I had no more days left??? So I just started over ( I figured that’s what I was suppose to do??) but then out of nowhere maybe 2 weeks later the rest of the month showed up. That was weird. But super cool because it was a whole new set of stretches. I recommend!!!!!!!

Not A Scam

I’ve tried a bajillion fitness/stretching apps and most of them either cost money or don’t work at all. This is not one of those apps. I’ve never been able to get my splits despite doing ballet for 6 years but after using this app for a few weeks I noticed a noticeable difference in my flexibility and I think it’s perfectly reasonable to expect my splits in the next few weeks. The only problem for me is that I like to listen to other music on my phone while stretching and although I turned off the voice guidance the woman’s voice still plays. Besides this it’s a great app and I would highly recommend.
