I’ve completed 2 programs with no problems, but I just started my 3rd program a couple days ago knowing I wouldn’t have time to complete it in one go, but also knowing from the previous 2 that I’d be able to pause and get back into it for another 7 days to complete. BUT when I went back to it and hit continue, it is just giving me buffering/loading cycle icon and then a message to try again. I’ve tried again, and again, all while rebooting, waiting, rebooting again and waiting to open when I was at home with the most powerful WiFi, and still same result. I’ve managed to find a way to contact someone (albeit, having to send a message that’s for questions about your payment, not finding anywhere to go for an actual person to speak with regarding this kind of problem) and the answer I got was that I probably needed to upgrade my internet browser. But I’m not using a browser I’m using this here app, see. And regardless, the 2 browsers I use on my phone are updated anyway, if that was even a factor. I sent message back with this info and haven’t heard anything. I was very much looking forward to add this finished program’s reward to my balance and using it but I’m running out of days left before the program will disappear. SO, all that ranting just to say, it’d be great if there was a more accessible and obvious “real human being chat representative” that could help with this.
