I am old $5 for my last payment try to log into parts and the website has not been responded but I'm still doing the task then sending repeated messages the payment support and help support for the last two weeks I'm thinking about deleting the whole thing and I've been with you point for the last couple of years I'm starting to really think this is a waste of my time

I have a problem which is that you are paying money into my PayPal account but when I am checking my PayPal account there is no money that appears in my PayPal account my question is will money be sent into my PayPal account that you have already paid to my PayPal account once I verify it or what will happen

Hello I hate to complain but I have contacted support 2 times now and only been paid once when owed for 5 occurances now. It states up to 10 days but the first one I had done was July 7th so I don't quite understand what's going on and why I'm not getting my oay on PayPal! Pleasr help?!?! I =early enjoy this app but I don't understand the point if I'm not getting the pay you all state.

Yes Bailee I am having the same exact issue with the Recommendations program. I uninstalled and reinstalled app but same issue. I will let you know if I find out how to fix this and could you please do the same?

( REVISED COMMENT ) just started viewpoints- I'm in the conversations portions of the surveys ,.. ( you speck your answers ) Well after speaking answers and releasing the record mic button - I get a error message,.. I've checked settings- Use in background- 💯 Display over - 💯 Allow location - 💯 Allow mic use ( no other options to approve) - 💯 Battery saver -Off I can't seem to find any help section, link or anything that will give some type of technical help !!!!

I am participating in the Locations program... I completed task one with no issues but when I tried to finish up task 2 it wouldn't let me submit it. I have taken screenshots of everything. The proof that I completed the task as well as the error message I received on up until the task expired. I just want to know if I'm going to miss out on the rewards even though I completed it in time and because it wasn't my fault I couldn't submit it to you all. Please let me know something asap. I was doing the 10 day Facebook viewpoints and I'm stuck on day 7. I can't get past it cuz it says it's can load the program. how do I fix this?

Would love this app if only...

I’ve completed 2 programs with no problems, but I just started my 3rd program a couple days ago knowing I wouldn’t have time to complete it in one go, but also knowing from the previous 2 that I’d be able to pause and get back into it for another 7 days to complete. BUT when I went back to it and hit continue, it is just giving me buffering/loading cycle icon and then a message to try again. I’ve tried again, and again, all while rebooting, waiting, rebooting again and waiting to open when I was at home with the most powerful WiFi, and still same result. I’ve managed to find a way to contact someone (albeit, having to send a message that’s for questions about your payment, not finding anywhere to go for an actual person to speak with regarding this kind of problem) and the answer I got was that I probably needed to upgrade my internet browser. But I’m not using a browser I’m using this here app, see. And regardless, the 2 browsers I use on my phone are updated anyway, if that was even a factor. I sent message back with this info and haven’t heard anything. I was very much looking forward to add this finished program’s reward to my balance and using it but I’m running out of days left before the program will disappear. SO, all that ranting just to say, it’d be great if there was a more accessible and obvious “real human being chat representative” that could help with this.

Unusable app. Crashes constantly.

I downloaded this app after seeing it advertised on Facebook and was given a program to complete almost right away. However, I didn’t have time to complete it right at that moment, so it was a couple days before I was ready to complete it. When I logged back into the app and tried to complete the program, the app crashed immediately when I tried to click on the program to open it. The program was not expired, as it says exactly how long it has left before it expires. It’s still not expired as I type this. I tried checking to see if I needed to update my app, but I have the latest version. I tried refreshing my app, but it still crashed. I tried logging out and logging back in, but no difference. Finally, I decided I would contact their help center to see what I needed to do—except, apparently that doesn’t exist. Their “help center” is just an FAQ page with no way to actually contact them with any real problems, or to let them know of a bug you’ve experienced. What kind of company doesn’t have customer service?? Hopefully a developer sees this review and contacts me, because from what I’ve seen so far, I’m not impressed. I’d love to be able to actually try the app and give it a real review.

Unable to update…can’t load program

I am participating in a task - the locations one, and since I did an update to my iPhone (to iOS 14.7.1) it won’t let me participate. It keeps saying “couldn’t load program - there was a problem loading this program. Please try again in a few minutes”. I have checked to make sure that location is enabled, tried in WiFi, in data, rebooted my phone…nothing works. It let me start the program but cannot update anything. And there is no where to contact anyone to find out why in the help section. What’s going on? I’m losing out on some good points!!! It’s worked in the past! I don’t want to lose the entire campaign!
