First of all, I’m quite shocked to see all the negative reviews below. I’m a frequent customer of this app since they started because of the cheaper shipping cost than asking my family/friends in Korea to send stuff I need to the US. People need to understand that shipping cost from Korean post office or other express companies are no joke. But because this app is charging me their corporate(?) rate shipping cost, it is much much cheaper. And I’ve also experienced some slow delivery before, but I think they improved the shipping speed now and it takes about 4-5 days once they ship. (I live Southern California) Also, what I really like is that I can choose and buy almost anything from Korea! There are a lot of businesses out there to sell Korean products, but I have to choose from their listing, which lacks variety. And I felt bad asking my family to send me stuff from Korea before because of expensive shipping cost and hassel, but not anymore. :) this app even caught of my items was wrong size when it was delivered to their warehouse, so they re-order that item and sent me an email about the delivery delay due to that product. Super customer service. Thank you this app and hope you would get more positive reviews!

I’ve always loved Korean skincare products but they weren’t as readily available where I live. I would always have to ask my relatives in Korea to send me products but always felt bad to ask because it was cumbersome with high shipping costs. However, recently a friend recommended the this app app to me and Bringko changed my experience in purchasing Korean products. Bringko had so many products that weren’t available here and at a much more affordable price compared to the international price! Although Bringko can be slow, it was super easy to use so I didn’t mind the lag. Once the products arrive at this app’s warehouse, it only took about 3-4 days to ship and deliver here! You can also track your package at this point and see where it is. this app also provides pictures of your order prior to shipping. Overall, I am very satisfied with Bringko, it’s affordability, and fast shipping. I plan to use this app for future purchases!

I am a regular shopper at this app. I’ve been using Bringko ever since they started their business(as I know) and placing my order approximately once a month. So one thing I can clearly say is they continually grow in every part of their services such as the communication, the packaging, the shipping speed, the various promotions, and their customer service. The shipping cost from Korea to the US is very high and I had felt bad whenever I asked my fam back in Korea to send me something. And normally that takes at least a week or 2 until it arrives. this app uses DHL to ship my order to where I live, and I don’t know how they get the shipping cost that cheap! And once the shipping label’s made, it arrives within 3-5days. (I’m sure it all depends on where the destination is) If the order has an issue, they contact you right away and refund quickly. So overall my experience at this app has been really good. I highly recommend to shop through them if you need/want anything from Korea.

빠른 배송, 앱 인터페이스, 정성스런 패키징 전부 만족스럽습니다! 벌써 몇번째 구매인지 모르겠어요. ㅎㅎㅎ 굳이 아쉬운 점을 뽑자면 최대 주문 갯수가 7개인 부분이 아쉽습니다. 유명하지 않고 희귀한 한국 제품은 Ama***이나 G**ket에 없어서 구매하기 힘들고 구매대행을 통해서만 구매 가능했었는데 브링코를 알고나서 너무 쉽게 주문 가능하여 감격스럽습니다 ㅠㅠ! 선물로 보내주신 스프레이 형 새니타이저를 매번 보내주셔서 이집 저집 나눠주고 있어요. ㅋㅋ
I’ve been using Gmar**t, 11*t to purchase Korean products until I saw Brinko, and now I became a big fan of Brinko! It allows buying unique and rare Korean products that are not selling on other platforms and markets, which I think is Brinko’s most potent and most significant advantage. I believe this advantage differentiates Brinko from other Korean markets. Delivery is also fabulous! DHL and FedEx only take 3 to 4 business days to deliver my package to my door from Korea! Another thing I like about Brinko is the real-time notification feature! I receive text messages and Kakao Talk notifications when I purchase the product, when it arrives at Brinko warehouse in Korea, and when it gets on the plane to see me! I can track my package in real-time! <3<3

My friend referred me to Bringko back in late 2020 and I’ve been a regular ever since (placing about one order per month)!

Here are (personal) pros and areas of improvement:
Pro
1) Fast shipping; it takes less than a week to get your package from Korea to USA once you pay the int’l shipping fee
2) Great communication; this app quickly issued a refund when there was an out of stock item and provided additional photos when I noticed a couple items missing initially.
3) Meticulous packaging; I’ve ordered quite a lot of cups, plates, items that are fragile but every single item has arrived safely! Also I can tell that they always try to minimize the size of your package by consolidating items 😊
4) Can send gifts to family and friends living in Korea directly; I was never able to do it till now since most of Korean websites do not accept credit cards issues outside of Korea. It made it so much easier to send gifts to my grandma and aunties💛

Areas of improvement
1) You can only order up to 7 items currently
2) Might be hard to navigate Bringko if you are not fluent in Korean; was easy for me to search and navigate within Bringko but I think a couple of my friends who are not fluent in Korean struggled/needed help

Absolutely love it !
I can see that the Korean market is getting bigger in America, but customers' options are still VERY limited as there are only a few sellers. But thanks to Brinko, I can choose authentic Korean items from millions of Korean sellers.

Their customer service was impressive. I had system errors one time, they responded within only one business day with well-mannered words. They kept me informed about how they are progressing to resolve the issues. It was exceptionally professional.

And they merge all the items that I bought into one box ! But not putting whatever you grab into a box. All items were carefully wrapped and packed. And they send pictures of them as well. I appreciate their transparency.

The fact that I don't have to sign up anywhere but just using Brinko's one-click is amazing. And when I came up with a question about the item that I bought, the Brinko representative communicated with the seller on behalf of me. Brinko went above and beyond.

I have been using their services for 2 years, Brinko is a keeper for sure.

I used this app several times and love it! They are fast at shipping the items to me. It is convenient to be able to shop different korean website at once and I do not have to have separate logins for all those website! Lastly i think the shipping cost is very reasonable. Only downside is that I wouldn’t know the international shipping fee until everything arrive at their warehouse but I guess there really isn’t a better way to do that since the items are arriving from different websites and they don’t all have weights listed for every item. Overall very satisfied and will continue to order through this app!

I have gotten products from Korea several times already through this app and can’t be more satisfied. First off, their oversea shipping fee is reasonable and much cheaper when compared to other places. Secondly, they have great promotions such as style week, which I absolutely love. Also, their process of getting the products and delivering to you is fast and kind. Overall, if you are looking for a place to get your Korean products, this app is prefect, especially since you can get products with cheaper prices than when you try to get them straight to your country from other websites.

Ive been using this app since the start if a pandemic and its been great. Its easy to use and the fact that i can order anything from korea is just amazing. Few things that i like to highlight is that Bringko itself can be slow sometimes and i get error message a lot so if the this app can work on improving Bringko itself, it would make my experience better. Also they used to a lot of promotion like free shipping with lalavla and yes24 but they stopped doing it. If you can start this free shipping promotion, i would use this app more often.

I used this app once a few years ago, and while the service was still the same (quick communication through email and low service fees compared to other sites, the UI of Bringko is definitely easier to use now. It's smooth-running for the most part, but the majority of any lag is really more from how korean websites lay out their product shots than anything.

I sent in my international shipment money (thank god for DHL), and not only did I get my tracking number within the hour, my package arrived in just two days. Will definitely continue using this app!

Out of the four tea tables I purchased two of them were wrong. They refused to accept responsibility for their mistakes. I found the same item that was sent to me for half the cost of what I actually paid. Do not trust these guys. The way they packed it was careless as well. I asked them to repack the box, and wrap each individual item with bubble wrap so they don’t rub against one another, and all they did was add bubble wrap to the top of the box. So of course two of the items came damaged. In total I paid over $500 with shipping and didn’t even receive what I ordered. Instead of partially refunding me for the difference they keep giving me the run around placing blame on the other company instead of taking responsibility. I paid them and they were the ones that sent it to my address. The responsibility lies with this app.

I use Bringko to make purchases from Korea. They always try to pack compactly to minimize the shipping cost for the customers, which I really like. Also, that is an option for the customer. If the customer wants to keep all the original packages, that can be done as well. I use this the most when they do free shipping for books; however, I use for other goods as well even though it’s not free shipping. There is a service fee of $1 for each item. If it’s the same item, but you get more then 2, they charge $1, not $1 per every single goods.
As they have more promotions and events, I look at Bringko more often.

Sometimes, depending on the wording, searching what I am looking for could be difficult, but most of the time, easy to search things!

Only thing that I would hope they improve would be the way they communicate for customers service!

Be careful of their promotions. Recently, they had free international shipping on clothing and beauty products. I added what i needed and tried to check out with free shipping but it gave me an error saying that i needed to meet a minimum order- I can’t recall the amount. I think $170 or something. I continued to shop and added a bunch of things I originally wasn’t looking for just so i can get the free shipping.
I got an email today, 14 days after ordering that one of the items is not available and that it will be canceled. And that they are charging me shipping of $40. They also said they cannot cancel my order and that if I don’t pay the shipping. They will discard everything but will not refund (approximately $190).
Be careful. This company is questionable with their business practices.

I ordered thru Bringko few times and it was super easy and clear. Only one thing is that international fee was charged after all the items are gathered at their warehouse. Bringko didn’t explain about the international fee well enough. I wish they can charge estimated up front. They do have international fee calculator but it is hard to use it not knowing the size nor the weight. Their customer service is super fast and it is nice that they upload my items in picture before shipping them to me.

I purchased Korean goods using Bringko twice. Bringko has an access to varions K-products. You can get items from dept store to personal brands like Naver Store. The CS dept was very responsive via their email. The packing process is transparent as they send you photos of ordered goods and weights on the scale. They don't miss add-ons if you get them from the Company you requested an order. Super satisfied and am relleving my thirst of K-food and fashion using Bringko. I det recommend this service to anyone living abroad.

I have been using this app for awhile now. I have ordered total of 23 times so far. I love Bringko but one thing that I do jot like is that we can order 7 different items per order. I wish we could have the option to purchase more items per order. Shipping can get costly but that’s everything after the pandemic. Hoping that shipping costs go down a little soon. All around a good app.

Get it already. From Korean books to foods, you can order almost everything you need from Korea for the same price you’d pay in Korea. - You don’t need to sign up for individual stores. By signing up at Brinko, you can order from various stores without loggin in. - so many promotions each month. - they have Korean online fashion shops and beauty stores. - accept American credit cards Overall, Highly recommend!

Reading a lot of the one star reviews and seems so similar to what is happening to me! Bought baby snacks and the estimated shipping ranged from $20-$30 which is why I decided to go forth with the first round purchase. They receive and package my items and email me with $90+ for shipping!!! I requested a cancel but they charging me for return shipping AND a fee for their services! How can I trust I’ll get my money back and the fact I need to pay more makes it so much more skeptical! They need to have a more accurate estimate OR have a better policy on canceling bc its so deceiving and the anxiety of not knowing shipping and for it to actually come out almost 3x the estimate is a scam!

Love being able to order things from Korea. Haven’t had issues until the most recent order. So basically you order from different Korean online retailers and everything is shipped to the this app warehouse where they will repackage everything (take masks out of boxes) and ship it in one box to reduce bulk and weight for international shipping. But this last order they removed all the masks from the boxes, but PACKED ALL THE BROKEN DOWN BOXES INSIDE my box which increased the weight and the price I had to pay for international shipping!! What a scam! I was wondering why my international shipping was so expensive considering I ordered fewer masks.

I've been looking for a way to order Korean products directly from Korea for many years now. I've always just asked friends or family in Korea to send the goods, but after discovering this app, now I can easily order what I want whenever I want without it being a hassle. I don't know enough about shipping rates, so I can't compare this app's shipping rates. However, they have a huge selection of items I can choose from.

I downloaded off a friend’s recommendation so I could order a specific product. I really hope they have a translation feature for those who are ordering from a different country. I used Google translate and had to do screen shots just to decipher how to create a log in and order my items. You would get more orders and bring in more revenue if a translation feature is added. It makes it easier for consumers.

They lure you in with the super cheap prices for cosmetic products, but then, as soon as you check out, you have to pay a $20 shipping fee (for the products within korea), a $10 agent fee, and taxes.

That’s all fine, but they cap the number of products that you can buy per purchase at 10 items, and after you buy it, 3-4 of the items are suddenly “out of stock”. I asked customer service if I can replace any of the items I purchased after my third item became out of stock and they told me it wouldn’t be possible.

The agent fee is $10 per purchase so it was kinda a waste to not get 10 items.

Finally, after the agent rounds up all the products they can find in your order, this app will send you an email asking for $40-$50!!! In order to ship it to the US. You don’t have an option to *not* pay it because if you don’t, they will keep the money you already paid for your order.

It’s very deceitful what they do, so if you came here after Pauline Choi’s tiktok and thought this would be the place to buy all your kbeauty products, you should RUN ASAP. After this purchase, I’m deleting Bringko and banishing it to the 7th circle.

I've been shopping with this app for about 1.5 years now, and I've noticed that as of recently it takes them a lot longer to process and ship out orders than before. I still use their services because it is undeniably convenient and there are a lot of things in Korea that still aren't available in the US, but it's a bit disappointing that they're not as speedy as they used to be. For contrast, before it used to take 1.5-2 weeks for a this app order to arrive to my house whereas now it takes 3 or a bit longer. Also, sometimes I find it difficult adding products to cart or the add to cart button doesn't appear at all at times.
