They lure you in with the super cheap prices for cosmetic products, but then, as soon as you check out, you have to pay a $20 shipping fee (for the products within korea), a $10 agent fee, and taxes.
That’s all fine, but they cap the number of products that you can buy per purchase at 10 items, and after you buy it, 3-4 of the items are suddenly “out of stock”. I asked customer service if I can replace any of the items I purchased after my third item became out of stock and they told me it wouldn’t be possible.
The agent fee is $10 per purchase so it was kinda a waste to not get 10 items.
Finally, after the agent rounds up all the products they can find in your order, bringko will send you an email asking for $40-$50!!! In order to ship it to the US. You don’t have an option to *not* pay it because if you don’t, they will keep the money you already paid for your order.
It’s very deceitful what they do, so if you came here after Pauline Choi’s tiktok and thought this would be the place to buy all your kbeauty products, you should RUN ASAP. After this purchase, I’m deleting this app and banishing it to the 7th circle.

Out of the four tea tables I purchased two of them were wrong. They refused to accept responsibility for their mistakes. I found the same item that was sent to me for half the cost of what I actually paid. Do not trust these guys. The way they packed it was careless as well. I asked them to repack the box, and wrap each individual item with bubble wrap so they don’t rub against one another, and all they did was add bubble wrap to the top of the box. So of course two of the items came damaged. In total I paid over $500 with shipping and didn’t even receive what I ordered. Instead of partially refunding me for the difference they keep giving me the run around placing blame on the other company instead of taking responsibility. I paid them and they were the ones that sent it to my address. The responsibility lies with Bringko.

Be careful of their promotions. Recently, they had free international shipping on clothing and beauty products. I added what i needed and tried to check out with free shipping but it gave me an error saying that i needed to meet a minimum order- I can’t recall the amount. I think $170 or something. I continued to shop and added a bunch of things I originally wasn’t looking for just so i can get the free shipping.
I got an email today, 14 days after ordering that one of the items is not available and that it will be canceled. And that they are charging me shipping of $40. They also said they cannot cancel my order and that if I don’t pay the shipping. They will discard everything but will not refund (approximately $190).
Be careful. This company is questionable with their business practices.
