Got Remote because I couldn't find my this app. I found it a few minutes after downloading. I had the free trial, & was trying to cancel it so that I won't get charged. I couldn't find where to cancel the trial. Even wanted to reach out in an email for help through the "email us" option in Remote , but it wasn't pushable. & I just got charged. I need a refund, especially since I couldn't even find where to cancel.
Update: MONTHS LATER, I STiLL CANNOT CANCEL, & I STiLL NEED MY REFUNDS.! I am STiLL being charged continuously! Even though when I did need it, I had selected the option for only one week costing $2.99, I SHOULD NOT have been charged ANYMORE after that wee. So not only am I owed the initial $2.99, I need to be refunded for every time I got charged after that, a total of $39, because it charged me literally EVERY WEEK since then! I need my refund & this subscription canceled as soon as possible, as it should have been MONTHS AGO. Why is it so hard to get a hold of anyone to talk to about this???
I can't review Remote itself because I didn't beed it right after I downloaded it....but if you truly don't need Remote, DO NOT PAY FOR iT.
