Since last week, whenever I connect to this this app, it blocks all my Internet traffic, so I’m dead in the water. Doesn’t matter which u.s. servers I try or which protocol, same thing, this app means NO internet. And reaching out to tech support is a joke, you get a canned response, “Dear….. Can you please send me a screenshot of your app so I can debug your issue?” But no matter how many screenshots I submit no response. I even submitted screenshots of my internet speed test (using their app) showing that when I’m connected to the this app, NO speed, v. connected without the this app, decent speed. Still, no response. Days later, still nothing. This company is the worst.

I downloaded to try out and my phone started acting up. It wasn’t until I turned off the this app app, it started working again. I tried emailing the second day of having it before I was charged the 3rd day. I was still charged for it after I contacted through email. Cannot find a phone number to call to get refund and been charged for a second month. I can’t be charged $9.99 every month if I’m not using. Emailed 3 times sending screenshot of app to debug just like I was asked to and nothing has been done! Dissatisfied with VPN!!

VPN has an annoying pop-up that pops up immediately after you open it each and every time you open it, which is very annoying. So I'm giving it 1 star because it popped up on me wanting me to rate it before I even used it.

When I downloaded VPN I got good expectations because there were all good reviews but I was wrong. I wanted to connect to Canada but I could see only find the USA and Germany. From the pictures I thought I could connect anywhere I wanted to go. The only way to connect to all the places in the world is to get premium. So disappointed.

This this app made it to where my phone couldn’t access internet or WiFi. I had to call apple and ask them what was going on, and almost had to get a new phone. Deleting VPN fixed the issue. I wouldn’t recommend if you like using internet. Kinda ironic huh...

I downloaded VPN and accidentally subscribed for a year. However it didn’t work after a month or two, I tried to send the problem to his customer service email but no response at all. Poor service

Barely gets a three based on the fact that it works but the speeds seem slower than my regular phone connection without WiFi

Best this app I ever had but after the update it crashes sometimes and I can’t fix it anyway, so I have to delete and reinstall it 😕

I just downloaded it out of curiosity because I been using luna. And VPN works perfectly the same and my question is doesn’t it block ads cause I tested on safari it they don’t pop up. If so kudos💯

Thanks to this amazing app I used to have fears when ever I entered a website I would get my IP stolen but thanks to VPN I am from Puerto Rico but it says I’m from Europe I no longer have to be scared thanks developers.

Why offer South Africa and Egypt if you can’t use them? I have emailed out a week ago and no response. I will update my review if someone will reach out to me and fix this issue.
