App doesn’t work and tech support is awful
Since last week, whenever I connect to this VPN, it blocks all my Internet traffic, so I’m dead in the water. Doesn’t matter which u.s. servers I try or which protocol, same thing, VPN means NO internet. And reaching out to tech support is a joke, you get a canned response, “Dear….. Can you please send me a screenshot of your app so I can debug your issue?” But no matter how many screenshots I submit no response. I even submitted screenshots of my internet speed test (using their app) showing that when I’m connected to the VPN, NO speed, v. connected without the VPN, decent speed. Still, no response. Days later, still nothing. This company is the worst.

Poor customer service
I downloaded to try out and my phone started acting up. It wasn’t until I turned off the VPN app, it started working again. I tried emailing the second day of having it before I was charged the 3rd day. I was still charged for it after I contacted through email. Cannot find a phone number to call to get refund and been charged for a second month. I can’t be charged $9.99 every month if I’m not using. Emailed 3 times sending screenshot of app to debug just like I was asked to and nothing has been done! Dissatisfied with this App!!

Only a limited amount of spots
When I downloaded this app I got good expectations because there were all good reviews but I was wrong. I wanted to connect to Canada but I could see only find the USA and Germany. From the pictures I thought I could connect anywhere I wanted to go. The only way to connect to all the places in the world is to get premium. So disappointed.
