Unable to connect the new e-scooter to the app via Bluetooth so unable to properly test app. Reached out to customer service but really haven’t done anything to resolve the problem. Bluetooth from the scooter is visible via Bluetooth scanner app so it must be the application that is not detecting the scooter.
