I have a problem with Wellputt App

- Scoring would be better if it could track each stroke on each hole.

- The app does not work with the mat advertised on the box and website.

- The app does not include a digital scorecard or the ability to save a match in the middle of a round.

- The images used to describe training exercises are poor and a PDF scorecard is required to keep track of exercises.

- The app does not allow for login and data saving across devices.

- The app constantly crashes on certain courses, making it unusable.

To resolve Wellputt App network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Wellputt App App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wellputt App » click [Force Stop]

Clear Wellputt App App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wellputt App » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wellputt App.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wellputt App » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wellputt App » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wellputt App
