I used PapaJohnsPizzaUAE earlier and accumulated some points. Now when installing PapaJohnsPizzaUAE on a new phone, I am told that I will receive an email and follow the instructions in it. No such email ever arrives so cannot recover the points. Will not use PapaJohnsPizzaUAE again.

App is not up to present requirements. Lot of bugs and no tracking facility. Mobile apps allows scheduled delivery but restaurant delivers as they wish.

Scam - - avoid PapaJohnsPizzaUAE . Use only the known delivery apps in UAE. Placed my order, they charged my card, after 2 hours still no pizza delivered yet. I Called customer service to follow up two times, the staff had no way to search your order and doesn’t offer any way to reimburse or actually deliver your food. They just claim someone will call you back which never happens.

It is better if you order through call or another food application because when i ordered using their app food has not been delivered and its been over 1 hour and customer care and support on whatsapp is useless. Disappointing and really bad service

I was a bit sad that I couldn’t transfer my points because the first app didn’t take my original info. I had to make a new account... but it is overall a 5 star app now.
I only surest one thing.... pleeeeaaase... give us the choice of which pizza sauce or NO pizza sauce on the pizzas. My son has an irrational fear of tomatoes, so getting pizza right gor him is a challenge if no one reads the notes before they start making the pizza... I heard that the manager reads the notes, but the chef only sees the order... if there is a lack of communication, which happened many times with online ordering, then my son goes hungry until his new pizza finally arrives... please pay attention to this one suggestion! Thank you!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I love using the Papa John’s app, it’s super easy to navigate, customize my pizza just how I like it, and track my order in real time. The deals and rewards are a nice bonus too! My orders are always hot, fresh, and exactly what I expected. Definitely one of the best food apps out there. Highly recommend if you’re a pizza lover!

I used PapaJohnsPizzaUAE couple of time and found it very straightforward and user friendly. Only area required improvement is payment section, there must be more convenient options for payment such as apple pay and other payment types.
