I love Papa’s, but ordering online is absolutely ridiculous. Logging in took me 10 minutes. Said my email was invalid. Then said I already had an account… when I figured I would just change the password to see if it would make a difference. So I get in. Get to checkout, my credit card is there. Great! Then 100 different errors. Finally get back to checkout, my credit card info is gone. WTH?! So now it’s been 20 minutes. Had to change the delivery time. And start over. I might get dinner, I might not. Who knows now?

I’ve tried ordering twice with PapaGinos since it relaunched. First time I had to give up and call the order in. Second order kept saying the payment wasn’t valid before saying “order cannot be edited once placed.” Called them and found out it went through.

Just went to try a third time and it’s still stuck on my last order. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling PapaGinos but it’s still stuck.

Old app worked fine for years; no idea why this disaster was released.

- PapaGinos wouldn’t locate our local store when I entered my address. By clicking on the ‘current address’ finder PapaGinos brought up our local store but the address finder was not our actual address.
- When I attempted to begin my order I kept getting an error message. I deleted PapaGinos and reinstalled. This corrected the problem and I was able to enter our order.
- Then PapaGinos wouldn’t allow me to apply my reward of a free small cheese pizza with purchase of a beverage to my order. Again, I kept getting an error message saying the reward was invalid, which it was not. I had added the required beverage to our order. I wound up deleting the beverage from my order since I couldn’t get the free cheese pizza.
The old app was bad but this new one is not any better so far. Please fix these bugs

I love Papa Gino’s pizza but I have not ordered I’m a couple of weeks since I have not been able to login and order using PapaGinos . I like the convenience of app ordering. I have attempted to reset my password numerous times but for some reason I have not received the e mail link with password reset. The fact that I was not able to claim my birthday offer before it expired that I received in my email was a let down. Another thing that is a let down that I just realized today is if you visit their website directly they offer many different deals that are not offered in PapaGinos . I was surprised to see that the website has offers PapaGinos does not. Hopefully PapaGinos will be updated to offer deals and work properly for logging in.

I’ve been trying to get anyone at papa gino’s to contact me back with no luck. I’m earning NO rewards points, even though I have orders. PapaGinos also has glitches, it gives me error messages and I’m not sure if my order actually went through. I just ended up using the website, but the store said I ordered twice- likely once from PapaGinos (even though it showed an error), once from the website. Papa gino’s, please answer your customer service!

PapaGinos and website design is actual garbage. They’ve recently changed it and it glitches on payments, it glitches on writing instructions, the basic selection or deletion of things are not actually easy at all, takes extra work. I don’t know who the developers are of the website and app but please replace them and actually fix the website and app. Everything about navigating through either app or website is inconvenient.

PapaGinos is terribly made. There is no way to proceed with my order because I always get random errors. I get “exception errors” for the start time being before the prep time. I get errors when I search my address and select “start order”. I was able to submit a successful order once and it charged my card but PapaGinos didn’t register the confirmation so it looked like it hadn’t gone through. I got PapaGinos because of a free pizza promotion, but I wish you guys would’ve resolved your bugs before pushing PapaGinos .

First time I used PapaGinos I ordered pickup and when I clicked “order now” it gave me an error message. I had an error message come up a couple times and had to call the store to confirm they got the order because PapaGinos didn’t confirm that the order was placed, and they did receive the order. Now the second time I tried to use PapaGinos , this time for delivery, I couldn’t even start the order because when I select the delivery address and click “order now” it gives an error message and I can’t get past that page.

PapaGinos is still so buggy. It 3 different times it said that my local restaurant did not exist and there were multiple glitches and errors. Also it does not look as nice as the old website did. It looks so low budget now which is sad because the original design was really pleasing to look at and use! Now it looks like the the rough draft beta version before the final product. I feel like they definitely should have waited a little longer to work on it before they released it and fix all the bugs.

Tried resetting password 3x now. I didn’t forget it, I can login to the website but not PapaGinos . Also, after seeing that I can no longer pay in-store or use promo codes, I cannot give a good review. And my order history is gone from the website. If you take away features that customers use and love, you make customers angry. How hard is that for companies to understand? I love Papa Gino’s pizza! It’s my family’s favorite. Why do you insist on wrecking a beautiful relationship? Deleting app so I can salvage my love for Papa Gino’s.

The offer for a free pizza with a beverage purchase for downloading PapaGinos does not work! The locations cannot refund money, they need to email headquarters. So it'll he days to get a refund! So the old not new looking app and website was much, much better.

*Also: the developer did not get any input with the operation end itself. So the orders are frequently coming put wrong because the tickets come out in a confusing manner. Therefore any change to your order will probably be interpreted wrong, the restaurant local to me is requesting a call. They also send out the orders only every 15 minutes. Not ideal for a restaurant when they're busy (or even if they are not. These are things that the developer should he consulting the company for! And if it's the company that directed these changes, turn they should really try to get in touch with the locations!

Update: The new app is working much better. I’m glad. Because I love you. But I couldn’t abide the old app or the web portal. So thank you.
Not like you’re perfect. No one is. But if you work on yourself I’ll work on myself and the world will be a better place.

The old gripe:
Your online presence is buggy trash. I can’t even see my review. It’s white on white. Test this stuff before you publish. I’m so close to just ordering local. Also … nice $5 delivery fee. Why even give me $5 off my total.?!?

App didn’t register my order even though it did go through and then the next time I you tried to use PapaGinos I had to go through a long process just to get out of the order that had been already completed before I could order again.

Trying to order and my cart gets stuck in an error loop where the order says it needs to be placed and cannot be, but then tells me after typing my card in again and trying to order four times that it’s being prepped. Hopefully only charged my card once!

That and your online account password reset took me ten minutes to get confirmation it was actually reset. 👎🏻

Now I get to wait outside for my pizzas to finish. Not exactly convenient. Only saving grace was the coupon!

I have loved this pizza ever since it came to my town in 1969. I even worked there for a few years while in school. It may have changed a little over the years, not sure, but I try all the new pizzas but keep going back to PG’s.

The Papa Gino’s app is way and beyond better compared to what it used to be. It’s quick, simple to use, and great displays of their food. Will be using again because it’s way better than the Dominos app and so is their pizza. Like a LOT better.

A common issue with these food ordering app… The order i *just* put in is not visible ANYWHERE on PapaGinos after i dismiss the order complete screen :-(

Also online payment didn’t work because it kept asking for missing CVC even though I added it during the Add Payment Method process. I also cannot modify payment details. I have to re-add everything all over again

They really thought through PapaGinos. Navigation is much more intuitive and leans toward seamlessness. The old app was so buggy that I gave up and ordered through the site. Definitely an improvement.

My family LOVES Papa Gino’s. We were so excited to learn they have an app and were very pleased with it! PapaGinos is user friendly, gives us tons of deals, and makes ordering easier than ever. I will definitely continue to use it.

PapaGinos is 1000% better than the old version or ordering online!! Totally worth signing up for the texts because you get coupon codes, which come in handy for a family of 5!! Love PapaGinos !! Love Papa Ginos!! ツ
