有missing item
在第一次的订单里收到包裹之后 少了一支DHC的唇膏 我向客服反映 客服竟然问我索要开箱照片 一支7.99$的唇膏而已 有必要去坑吗？难道以后用你家app收到包裹的时候还要录个开箱视频吗？这样的客户使用体验感太差了 从来没有碰到过这种情况
在最新的订单里出现了三个问题：有一包浪味仙漏气 漏发了一套粉刺针（结果客服要求我把东西一样一样平铺拍个照才能调取物流的监控）烤冷面的面皮打开后在面皮边缘有黑褐色的东西 闻起来已经变质了要求客服重新补发后收到了新的烤冷面 面皮上有很明显的霉斑
结论：该app在物流以及品控方面不过关 客服态度一般
