用了三次两次不满意。一次少送东西我说了居然不是马上退款还有一次有好几样没货没有主动告知是我自己发现的去问才和我说因为现在200包邮买了超大一箱如果我嫌麻烦那就等于白白送钱给他们了

在第一次的订单里收到包裹之后少了一支DHC的唇膏我向客服反映客服竟然问我索要开箱照片一支7.99$的唇膏而已有必要去坑吗？难道以后用你家app收到包裹的时候还要录个开箱视频吗？这样的客户使用体验感太差了从来没有碰到过这种情况

在最新的订单里出现了三个问题：有一包浪味仙漏气漏发了一套粉刺针（结果客服要求我把东西一样一样平铺拍个照才能调取物流的监控）烤冷面的面皮打开后在面皮边缘有黑褐色的东西闻起来已经变质了要求客服重新补发后收到了新的烤冷面面皮上有很明显的霉斑
结论：该app在物流以及品控方面不过关客服态度一般
