i LOVE MisterSoftee. me and my brother love to watch where the mister softee truck is and start screaming with excitement when he starts heading towards are way. the only problem for me is that the menu only says vanilla and chocolate? maybe it’s just a glitch but it’s fine i already know what i’m getting i don’t need to look at a menu! (oreo softee swirl tehe) i think you should be able to ping a truck to come to you. but MisterSoftee is incredible and i 100% reccomend. i got recommended this by my friend at my swim club and i am so happy i got this. also you don’t even need and account for MisterSoftee you can click skip at the beginning. (i made an account though) this rating has a 2.8 and i don’t understand why, don’t believe what the other boomers that say MisterSoftee is bad because it’s incredible. love it 🙌💞

So I’m trying to open an account, but I can’t enter my birthday the correct way to get to the next step. Is it that I’m too old? Is 34 considered “old” now? If it is, then that’s disappointing... and now I’ve gone and given myself a complex. Now I want to eat my age in ice cream to make me feel better! Oh, wait! I can’t, because I can’t create a dang account to stalk... I mean track... the Mister Softee truck that comes around my neighborhood. Fix it! Please! I’m tired of going to Sonic for ice cream! I’ve gone there so much that they have judgmental looks when I show up now! Now I’ve gone and given myself another complex! You see what happens when apps don’t work? You see!? There are consequences to your actions; for shame!

Haha I’m only joking around before anyone starts to lose their crap. But I’m not kidding about the birthday thing tho... that is for real not working. Fix it, please!

We couldn’t hear the ice cream truck anymore, so we decided we would try to chase it down. At first I didn’t think this could actually be real, but when we turned on the street it indicated (after just a few minutes) we found the truck! My dad even said “yea, I’ll have to get that app too.” It was like magic, will definitely be using this again!

I love the Mister Softee brand, but I think a few improvements would go a long way:

1. Have a way, a system set up where you could ping a certain truck to come to your location up to several miles away

2. MisterSoftee itself is great showing the spots where mister softee trucks are located, but they should be able to be tracked in real time - GPS should update in real time in sync with the tuck so you can see where it is moving on MisterSoftee , instead of just a general location.

3. More locations in Orlando Florida - either add more trucks or have several brick and mortar locations.

MisterSoftee works fine and you can see trucks locations, but you’re unable to make an account. When trying to sign up it just says your credentials are incorrect. 3 Stars. Will up the amount of stars if creating an account is fixed.

Some reviews say that you can’t make an account, while you all are right but if you click skip, you can then click on the map and it should show you the truck locations

MisterSoftee is good but there should be more features.
1. You should be able to ping a nearby truck to come to you.
2. You should be able to see a route or schedule of certain trucks.
MisterSoftee works well and it’s usable. These features would make it better though.

MisterSoftee works fine, and you don’t need an account to use it, but I want to have an account for the notifications. I accidentally logged out and I forgot my password, but the “forgot password” button doesn’t work and I can’t make a new one. Help!

Seems the whole point of MisterSoftee is supposed to be to let you know when the truck is in your area. But although it (sometimes) tells you where it is when first opened, will not update after that. Even when shut down and restarted.
If the developer would address this, it would be a pretty nice app.

I was really hoping to log on and see a truck near me and push a button that pings that I want them to come near me. It be nice a truck is able to respond to know that one is coming in my direction. As of now I just see where they are but not the route. Make some improvements and I see the business growing and being more efficient.

MisterSoftee is great but can you add good stuff like get a notification when the truck is near and the contact thing isn’t working cause I never a a email from you

MisterSoftee is good the only thing is it doesn’t allow you to put your birthday in, I know you don’t need to signup to use MisterSoftee but if you are signed up it has better things like it notifies you when a ice cream truck is near you. Please fix this.

Such a cute app. And this is solving a real problem I’ve had for a long time living in the city; hearing a Mister Softee truck in the distance and having no way to tell them to come my way!

Can’t wait to use it this summer and at the beach.

I live in Philadelphia and the application shows me all of the trucks in the surrounding states, but does not show here. I've had the truck drive by, or have seen it while out, but they never show up on the application. I live on the top floor of a mid rise and can never make it down in time. I sent an email to the help address with this information and have heard nothing. Don't waste your time if you live in PA.

It works but I wish that we were able to see the trucks schedule so I knew when it was coming near me. Everything else about this is fine.

It works great & we use it frequently to track our local truck! Kiddos appreciate the ability to see where it’s at & if it’s close by!

I love MisterSoftee because it helps me know where they there and when they come as they actually do move on the tracker!

MisterSoftee location works but for 3 weeks I have been trying to make a account and it won’t work

The ice cream truck music plays while you look at the map! Then you can Tell your kids they just missed the truck as you shut MisterSoftee ;) good times!

MisterSoftee isn't very accurate when it comes to location because i would hear the truck from a few blocks away meanwhile MisterSoftee says it's a couple towns over. There should also be an option to ping a truck to your location. That would be very cool.

The only thing better than eating Mister Softee is that I can now know where it is every day. Finally, always having my phone on me serves good purpose.

I tried signing up for an account, but the birthday field doesn’t work. Entered my birthday in 3 different formats and it won’t accept my data.

Tried to create an account but, kept getting a error message.
