Like can it be better I don’t know how to explain it’s that awful!!!👀👀

Attempted to use... opened app and map... finger dragging and pinching didnt work... no zoom or ability to check area...

This is horrible it shows the wrong states and he was actually in my town in NJ THIS IS A SCAME DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS TRUST ME

MisterSofteeNorCal doesn’t work. It’s the most u helpful app ever created. It doesn’t help you find a Mister Softee. It just has you opening MisterSofteeNorCal hoping you can like an idiot.

It’s 2020. The world is on fire, species are going extinct at a breathtaking pace, our soul crushing dead-end jobs are slowly killing us while our emotions shrivel into a numb-soaked void. All we want is to be able to find a creamy, frozen treat at the end of a long shift delivering fast food to upper middle class white people for $10/hour. We want to be able to do this while listening to the newest Billie Eilish single. But we can’t. We’re forced instead to listen to the demonically cursed Mister Softee jingle when we open MisterSofteeNorCal . You can mute it. But you can’t listen to anything else except the suicidal voices in your head. At least there’s ice cream.

I’m literally looking at the truck about to order and it’s not detected on MisterSofteeNorCal .

Does not give accurate location information. There are worse things in the world, but it’s the end of the world for a 4 year old. Try explaining to a kid that they can’t get ice cream because an app is glitchy. It wouldn’t be a problem if their Instagram gave specific times and locations but they point customers to using MisterSofteeNorCal to find where they are. Deleting MisterSofteeNorCal and unfollowing them today. Oh and there is no setting to keep the music turned off when opening MisterSofteeNorCal .

It shows where the trucks are (supposedly, haven’t confirmed) but not the hours - I’m not sure if I show up if the truck will still be there. Would like to be able to click the truck to get 1) the exact address and 2) the hours it will be at the current location. Also that auto play music is an assault on my ears.

Zero stars for MisterSofteeNorCal.

Twice now I’ve attempted to track down the truck using MisterSofteeNorCal, and both times it’s been completely wrong and we end up wasting our time and gas. SO FRUSTRATING!

I haven’t done it myself, but I’d suggest you call them up directly or check their Twitter page. Good luck hunting them down!

Doesn’t work. It’s Saturday night, 9pm. We spent 30 minutes tonight driving to two supposed and elusive Mr Softee ice cream trucks—no success! So irritating. So we ended up at Baskin-Robbins instead. Where’s the Carvel truck?!?!? Sheesh! You guys owe me $5 in gas!

(One star because the other day, on a weekday afternoon, I did find your truck using MisterSofteeNorCal . So, not *entirely* useless.)

MisterSofteeNorCal is terrible. Keeps telling me to enable background refresh and it’s already enable. Checked the and showed the truck in the same spot for 4 hrs. Ridiculous app fix it and maybe people will know where the trucks are at

Music autoplays as soon as you open MisterSofteeNorCal .... it feels like you’re on a freakin 1998 geocities website or something. And I drove to the locations they had on the map and there was nothing there. What is MisterSofteeNorCal for?

20 minutes to drive to the truck and it’s in a gated community. Oh and the music plays even if your phone is on do not disturb.

Tried to see where one of the trucks were and MisterSofteeNorCal didn’t work and you couldn’t even zoom out. You need to fix it ASAP.

I was next to the truck but it said truck not currently in your area it is a complete waste of time.

The worst app. It does not detect the truck even within a few feet from me

First of all, Everytime I open MisterSofteeNorCal it tries to demand permission to background refresh. Folks, let me tell you, I don’t want a bunch of apps constantly running background refresh and draining my battery life. Put in an option for only while using or something, for crying out loud. It’s dumb that it doesn’t let me opt out of background refresh.

Second of all, it would be really nice if truck location also showed approximate time truck is expected to be at a location - potentially with an option to view future scheduled locations/times to make it easier to plan.

Lastly, I showed up once and the truck was on out accepting cash. I ended up scrounging quarters out of my change purse to pay for my tasty treat. It would be nice if MisterSofteeNorCal showed which payment methods the truck was accepting.

Lastly sometimes the line gets really long. I once stood in line for over an hour to get some ice cream. It would be nice if MisterSofteeNorCal offered some kind of idea of current wait times.

I’m going round and round with MisterSofteeNorCal about having background refresh on (which it is and MisterSofteeNorCal is saying it isn’t). And the Mister Softee music turning itself on every time you use MisterSofteeNorCal is un-nerving! Need to spend a few more bucks to smooth things out with MisterSofteeNorCal functionality.
Since this is a mobile company, their hours and locations vary, so check their FB wall for times and approximate locations. Once you know they will be in your area, MisterSofteeNorCal will show you the exact location.

Ok, I want some Mr Softee. But is the truck in my area? Never. Why can’t I get an alert when the truck is within five miles of my location? I would gladly drive to you. Make it happen
