hi, Metascan stopped processing properly since the last update that introduced gaussian splatting. None of the photogrammetry or the gaussian splat seem to work anymore... it's just lunch the process and nothing happens. Any idea why? the app used to work perfectly until this week (nov 27 2023)

Hi! App crashes repeatedly on processing a scan (whatever chosen quality). Any solution? IPAD PRO IOS 16.6

The app crashes when I start scanning. Lidar seems to work but when it says to start scanning it crashes totally. iPhone 14 pro max on iOS 16.5.1

How to fix Metascan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Metascan app on iPhone
Update Metascan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Metascan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Metascan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Metascan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Metascan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Metascan app issues:

Force Stop the Metascan App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Metascan app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Metascan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Metascan App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Metascan app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Metascan.

Fix Metascan unable to contact server/ Metascan internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Metascan » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Metascan » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Metascan on android.
