VietnamAirlines its weird and its not working. It keep saying update VietnamAirlines .. it’s extremely irritating, so i had to delete it before it drives me crazy.. This apps is useless!!!!

That can’t be turned off. it’s against your app guidelines! Why do you only seem to enforce them in anti-consumer ways! But let companies like Vietnam airlines force their ads onto our notifications!

VietnamAirlines is Not Working continuously, still displaying 'now update' notification window. What should the passengers do ? Very Disappointed.

Tried adding my mobile number. It says mobile number has to start with a 0 and errors out.

What is happening? Unable to login. App popped up Notification about “Let’s check out why everyone is talking about the new version of Vietnam Airlines app.
Update now!”

Can’t really do much other than look up your flight. Maybe this is designed and made for Vietnamese market. Don’t waste your time with VietnamAirlines.

You can not copy your membership number and paste it on the member account. Also you have to update VietnamAirlines first before you can log in event when you in a hurry to do your check in.

Useless app. There is no options to manage my flights or even look up flight status. All other links direct you to the website.

Updated VietnamAirlines after being prompted but still getting the request to update each time I open it. In general, bad airline app. Can’t see my flights for example.

The all crashes a lot, every time I try to check-in it crashes, when I try to get my boarding pass it crashes!! Also it’s very slow 😹 you should use a better servers! I am using latest iPhone 11 on latest operating system.

Notifications - especially for an airline app - should be for meaningful, important information like gate or time changes.
Instead, this one bombards you with idiotic miles / coupons / promo notifications, and there is no opt-out.
I had to install VietnamAirlines because their website does not allow you to get your boarding pass into apple wallet.

This is just garbage with no value add whatsoever and should be removed from VietnamAirlines store honestly.

This kind of app shouldn’t be on app store, so annoyed when lots of ads keep sending instead of needed information. App keep pop up technical errors and had to checked flight info on site instead.

Beside keep sending advertisements, VietnamAirlines doesn’t help anything from booking info to flight status, let alone check in online. Everything you have to do is open website and get the job done there. I wish I could pick zero start instead of 1 lolz

It won’t let me create an account. I fill out my personal info, agree to the Terms of Service, then click Register, then I get a message saying “A system error occurs, please contact your system administrator for assistance.” Tried it both over cellular and WiFi with the same message. 😡

VietnamAirlines does not contain any information regarding up coming flights. Not sure I will book Vietnam Airlines again. I book numerous flights with airlines. I find VietnamAirlines not useful. I’ve read many reviews and comments. When is Vietnam Airlines going to start looking at customer satisfaction. They will lose business as a result. Too many other airlines to consider.

What good is an airline app if you can’t even review your trips? Cumbersome to navigate and won’t even except the phone number saved in my profile to find my upcoming trips.

While VietnamAirlines has a lot of stuff other tools, you can’t manage your bookings as it requires you to sign in with you phone number and if it doesn’t start with a 0, you’ll be unable to sign in. This makes app inaccessible and useless for one of its primary designs - managing your bookings.

VietnamAirlines is not very user friendly.
It doesn’t have the customer service satisfaction in mind. They’re more concerned about their own bookings and advertisements
It’s difficult just to lookup the reservation or update a phone number.
Just lookup other Airlines apps, see the layout and copy them and make them more customer oriented please. Thanks

Vietnam Airlines is a national airlines, however, both website and mobile app have been designed badly, like for a private company. Even some ride hailing apps could do it much better. This review will be applicable for mobile app, but can be extended to web as well.
After many upgrades, VietnamAirlines runs still unstably, loading data very slow. As a mobile app, the designers need to think how to fit with different mobile devices, support either portrait or landscape layouts. However, VietnamAirlines only supports portrait. Are the designers (AND/OR) Vietnam Airlines not thinking of the UI/UX before launching VietnamAirlines ?

Easy to book tickets in the mobile app and able to manage family account without any issues. Keep up the good work team 👏
