I removed and reinstalled the app from my iPad but a link to the Ferment Experiment is not there. I assume by reinstalling the app I got the latest version. Please tell me how to get access to the study.. Thank you for your help.

Paid for subscription after results received, logged back into app and blank yellow screen that does nothing. Force stop, uninstalled, rebooted phone, reinstalled app but same problems. No reply on FB, email or Instagram. Disgraceful service for such an expensive product.

I have been waiting for a response to a test-related question since 2:30 pm EST yesterday, 3/8/23. Is the app having problems or am I falling through the cracks for some other reason? I'm scheduled to complete the blood-fat test tomorrow and don't have the supplies I need!

Same issue as most everyone else: Yellow screen with flashing progress bar at bottom "checking for update...updating app", but no progress made, endless loop. Restarting app and rebooting phone made no difference. Should I re-install app and risk losing data?

I want to edit my "usual self" on the Zoe Health Study App. I set it up when I had a cold, so now hardly any of the symptoms apply. Rather than clicking "I feel different" every day, is there not a way to remove the symptom permanently?

Iphone 8. Screen freezes on the picture icons when reporting not feeling too great. Writing on my screen hasn't been right for weeks now. I only see half of the 'Report today' notification.
