App is now hogging a lot of storage - how can I reduce it? What's the difference between 'clear storage' and 'clear cache'?

My Zoe app has frozen 48 hours into my personalised nutrition programme. Deleting the app suggests that I'll lose all my data so far. Any thoughts?

I removed and reinstalled the app from my iPad but a link to the Ferment Experiment is not there. I assume by reinstalling the app I got the latest version. Please tell me how to get access to the study.. Thank you for your help.

I am due to start the program tomorrow, but when I enter my blood results into the health part, clicking next just takes me back to the top of the same screen and won't save results.

I am unable to contact the customer service/ support team regarding a recent payment. When I try to start a chat the message stays on the ‘sending’ status.

Paid for subscription after results received, logged back into app and blank yellow screen that does nothing. Force stop, uninstalled, rebooted phone, reinstalled app but same problems. No reply on FB, email or Instagram. Disgraceful service for such an expensive product.

No response since Friday to questions. Previously answers super fast. Has my app stopped working?

I have been waiting for a response to a test-related question since 2:30 pm EST yesterday, 3/8/23. Is the app having problems or am I falling through the cracks for some other reason? I'm scheduled to complete the blood-fat test tomorrow and don't have the supplies I need!

I have experienced the same issues of a constant loop of searching for updates/updating/searching… (on iPhone). Forced the app to close and rebooted the phone to no avail. In response to Julian Fuller, I had the same problem yesterday lunchtime which continued for 24 hours. I have now resolved it after paddling about on the net and Zoe website(not helpful) where I was hoping to be able to log into my account and at least access the chat but no luck. I force stopped t... Show more he app, powered down my phone, started it up again and went into Google Play where I found that the Zoe app was awaiting an update which I applied. The update was not showing when I checked yesterday. Zoe now working but has lost 1 day of my journal. Hope this helps. Probably only need to do the update?

Is there a problem with one or more of your Zoe Nutrition servers? Both my wife and I are getting an intermittent problem where the Zoe Nutrition app starts with its yellow screen but then just flashes the white Zoe logo every 10 to 15 seconds and does not load. If we switch wifi off so that it has ... Show more to use mobile data or switch to airplane mode and back, it loads normally. Both of these will trigger a resend of the initial html request, which will probably then hit another server, one which is working normally. We've seen the problem on two smartphones and two different wifis so unlikely to be a problem at the smartphone end. Any thoughts?

I can’t log into Zoe app and although it says it’s sent an email to reset my password, I have never had a password reset. This has happened several times.

I want to edit my "usual self" on the Zoe Health Study App. I set it up when I had a cold, so now hardly any of the symptoms apply. Rather than clicking "I feel different" every day, is there not a way to remove the symptom permanently?

I joined at the start. Had problems recently that although I was logging every day it said I had reported 2 days ago. Today its asking me to log on or create an account. I've put in address for reset password but not getting anything from Zoe. What's the problem? I've got an Android phone.

This happened once before with a similar sort of auxiliary information screen, but I forget how I got it to move on then.

On attempting to join I have got as far as putting in and confirming my password but on clicking 'next' I get the error message (US9). Is there anything I can do about it please?

The app is frozen on a page of icons, I have tried closing the app, and restarting the phone (iphone 13 pro) but nothing works. Can you advise. I am not certain whether I will lose the data if I delete and reinstall. Thank you.

Iphone 8. Screen freezes on the picture icons when reporting not feeling too great. Writing on my screen hasn't been right for weeks now. I only see half of the 'Report today' notification.
