스타플레이 : StarPlay Reviews

This is literally my first review on 스타플레이 Store so I am definitely very frustrated. When I first downloaded Starplay it worked great. I could receive 100% of my rewards from watching ads or completing missions. In the last few weeks though Starplay has gotten very bad at rewarding me in full- sometimes if I turn my WiFi off I can get 40 tokens but these days I literally get at most 10 tokens per five ads, and my tapjoy offerwall that usually has missions doesn’t work. And today I actually received ZERO tokens despite watching all the ads. It doesn’t help that Tapjoy doesn’t offer customer support for these kinds of issues. To put it bluntly, I am annoyed. This is the best way I can support my group and the fact that I might have to give it up because of such terrible app quality bothers me.

So I downloaded starplay to vote for ENHYPEN, but I spent an hour trying to log in to an acc I recently made. I tried logging in with Facebook, google and an acc w just an ID and password. Whenever I tried logging in, it gave me the option to resend an email verification email and I was so confused.. I kept checking my mail and saw nothing, so I clicked to resend another email verification. Right after I click to resend an email again, the numbers and words 500 | Error pop up on my screen. I can’t seem to log in to the acc I made, and don’t know how to. I’m currently very frustrated, I just wanted to vote for ENHYPEN!!

i have so many complains about 스타플레이 that makes me so frustrated but here are some:
1. rewards are not giving after watching ads: i have to watch at least 2min and 30secs of ads just to not get the rewards that were supposed to be given, and this does not only happen once, but it’s been already 4 times
2. app suddenly goes blank: it is exactly what it means. 스타플레이 out of nowhere becomes blank and the only thing you can do is scroll down and the loading icon will show up. however, in most cases, the screen just stays blank instead of going back to normal.
3. constantly ignorant changed settings and going back to as how 스타플레이 originally was
4. it takes a LONG TIME to load ANYTHING in 스타플레이 , be it writing a comment, opening another tab, or posting something

please step up your game because this isn’t it! and whoever is thinking of downloading it for any purposes other than voting for their band, just DON’T!

i’ve been using 스타플레이 for a while now, and i’ve yet to see any improvements made. i want to love 스타플레이 just like any other music show voting app, but 스타플레이 overall is just frustrating. voting should not be this difficult, especially when you’re supposed to receive coins after watching ads. i never receive my ten silver stars after watching any ad, and you’re supposed to be able to get fifty silver stars every hour after watching five video ads. i cant even vote for any groups because starplay doesn’t give me my silver stars, and this is really upsetting. a minor issue would be that every time i change 스타플레이 ’s language to english, it always switches back to korean once i leave 스타플레이 . this isn’t a major issue, but it would be great to have that resolved. but the main priority should be to give people their silver stars after they’ve sat through an entire ad. thank you for your time and consideration!

It’s not really clear what a simple sign-up path is. If it’s to sign in with Google, Facebook, or KakaoTalk, then you should just state that’s what it is. I can’t log back into my account because it was originally linked to my Facebook and apparently the Facebook login feature is currently unavailable for 스타플레이 . If I try the find a password option, it just tells me it can’t find it cause it’s a simple ID and to log in using the simple sign-up path... which I can’t do cause the Facebook login feature isn’t available IF that’s what the simple sign-up path is.

Getting stars for watching ads now works maybe 1-2 out of 5 attempts. This has been happening for months and despite not airing The Show some weeks, this still hasn’t been fixed. This is the same company that switched to 스타플레이 (their own) from a different one a year or so ago with no warning and said everyone’s saved points would be migrated to the new platform and they never were.

i keep not getting rewards for ads. i could watch 5 ads and only get 30 silver star tokens, and it’s incredibly frustrating. i’ve even tried waiting at the end of the ad until my phone screen goes dark, and clicking the ad so it takes me to 스타플레이 store. still, i don’t get all the rewards. this used to be a rare problem, but now this happens more frequently than i actually get all 50 tokens. also, i consistently don’t get tokens after completing the missions. i only got my reward two times, and i’ve completed many more missions. and one of the times i got my reward was after filing a complaint. 스타플레이 really needs to get their stuff together

There is no integrity in the polls because an exploit to collect votes is allowed. When some people vote honestly but others cheat, and StarPlay doesn’t do anything to address this or make things right, there’s no point in wasting your time on 스타플레이. StarPlay only cares about the money, and thinks people will buy more votes to “catch up” to the ones boosted by cheating. The rewards for the idols are lame too. Fanbases can easily afford a single ad, instead of wasting time voting in these corrupt polls.

The last app update was 5 months ago! I have not been receiving any rewards for watching ads for months and considering all the complaints I don’t understand why there hasn’t been an update. Did they lose the person developing 스타플레이 or something? Hire someone new! Or maybe they forgot about 스타플레이 ? Or maybe they just want to force people to pay for the tokens now, which is pretty low.

can't vote. can't earn soba tickets. app says i've watched 5 ads but that's false, but when i so watch 5 ads i don't receive all of the awards. app keeps lagging. it's so unstable that it takes forever to load. sometimes it doesn't load AT ALL, it's just plain white. the most frustrating app i've ever used in my entire life. i had high expectations when they scheduled a maintenance but nothing happened, if not it just became worse.

apps act Still NOt together - Common problems that is frustrating fans ( please SOBA use other app for future events)
1) Only get one app per hour before “ limit has been reached”
2) watching adds and NOT getting rewards ( just watched 5 No rewards even after: refresshong app, restarting phone, re uploading app. It will have potentially a major impact on the outcome - I know it is not going affect this outcome but please for next year use another app soribada!!!

I’m sorry to say this but you need to hire new developers for 스타플레이. I’ve used many voting apps and this is probably the worst in term of user experience. It’s not only slow but also has limited functionality. Not to mention the “Server problem” and the crashes....I don’t want to give 1* but unless you fix this, users just can’t give a higher rating than that.

I hated 스타플레이 to begin with, but wanted to support my groups so I put up with it —
until 스타플레이 logged me off unexpectedly and then wouldn’t recognize my account name, email, or login info?? Or it would confirm my email but then when I tried to logon with that SAME email, it would say there was no account associated with that email. Impossible to get back in. So I lost all the voting tickets I’d been working for.

This is a nice app, but for some odd reason when you watch some ads, they don’t give you any silver tokens! I just watched 5 ads and was only able to receive tokens from 1 ad (10 silver tokens)!! PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!

I don’t know who is on the tech and app development team, but they need to do their job!!!

First of all, I have to tap the ad icon at least 5 times before actually getting an ad. Secondly, I don’t get the total silver star tokens I’m supposed to get after watching all 5 ads every hour. I’m supposed to get 50 sst every hour, and yet I earn 20 at a time instead. It’s incredibly frustrating. Please fix this. Your app is a hassle.

It’s easy to set up and for the most part is fun to use. However, I don’t consistently get rewards for ads like I should and the language keeps resetting even when I put it to English. It needs a lot of work I think but has potential to be a great app.

Continuous problems within the last month while using 스타플레이 . Lagging issues, unable to open app on several occasions, went from missing a few soba tickets for 5 ads watched to not getting any soba tickets at all even after watching all 5 ads. Went a whole day unable to log in at all on app or online.

I was happy that the votes were arranged in order so I could vote comfortably~! And I thought it was convenient to see which candidate was in each vote without pressing it! Most of all, I can do advance voting the show by using 스타플레이 .Very good.~~~~!

스타플레이 has made me incredibly mad to the point of writing this, if the deal is getting 10 tokens per ad why am I watching five ads and getting 10 or 0 tokens, I bet you’re still making money with publicity, is it that hard to fix whatever needs fixing and give the rewards?

i’ve been using starplay for over a year now and it always worked fine. i never had issues with receiving tokens after watching ads but recently i, like many other users, have been having issues with receiving the proper amount of tokens. we’re supposed to get 10 tokens per ad we watch, but after watching all 5 ads i get 20 tokens at most every time,,, where does that make sense??? how are fans supposed to collect votes when we can’t even get the proper amount of tokens we should be getting after watching all 5 ads.... please fix this issue.

Lots of ppl log out and can’t get back in through fb. They send a twt and email but you’ll grow mold before you get any reply. I myself could not get back in through gmail. First it does not recognize my pw, When I request for password reset, it does not take even after 30+ attempts. What I had to do so I could be ready for live vote was delete and relaunch 스타플레이 and create a new acct. lucky I already dumped all my stars the previous day. This is a money making app with no one manning the ship. I feel sorry for you if you ever lose your acct cuz you won’t get any answers from them... you’re in your own in the dark. Fix this freakin app, stop screwing around and ripping us off starplay!

It always crashes and it’s so slow every time I try to vote it says something like my connection isn’t connect like bruh I’m trying to vote for BTS

When I put my settings to English it goes back to Korean, and for some reason I do missions but I don’t get my tokens

created an account using Facebook, logged out and now I can’t log back in because the button to log in using Facebook doesn’t work!!! I reset my password twice and still can’t log in! wasted so much time saving up points on that account and now i will never get to use them. there’s no customer support either

Ads are no longer working on my account with an iOS (iPhone) device based in the US. I can no longer collect silver tokens and my only option now is to make a purchase to get any tokens. I’ve tried reinstalling, signing out, etc. and nothing works. Can someone please fix this? I don’t want to have to make another account.

스타플레이 is slow af; sometimes, it takes a long time to load even if I’m just going to a different tab. It’s also difficult to login and stuff. It’s just frustrating to use.

It doesn’t recognize my password in my iPhone, no matter how many times I try or change it. Also, it automatically logged out from my iPad and won’t let my log in again!!! I lost all my votes and my artists are about to comeback. You should really fix this issue.

stop robbing groups/artists of their hard earners wins. when people have options to spend money on things you should go out of your way to make things as smooth and fair as possible but no. your app is super glitchy even crashing during live voting. and you’ve constantly used chart manipulation to change the results. have some dignity. 스타플레이 is terrible. and if the developers had any respect for their users they discontinue the in app purchases because the way things are now they don’t deserve to get people’s hard earned money

Tried voting during the last 20 minutes of a poll and 스타플레이 wouldn’t work. Many others had a similar problem and it’s happened before and I’m not sure it’s gonna get any better.

I would give it five stars but for some reason(s) it wont let me do missions! Can you fix this please? (It’s pretty organized btw❤️)

Lost over 1k votes because I logged out of Facebook.. I also cannot watch ads anymore. I waited for hours then days and even weeks but it just gives me the hourly ad limit notification when I can’t even watch a single ad

Just downloaded 스타플레이. Wouldn’t let me login in using my Facebook or google, had to register then it wouldn’t let me log in after registering and verifying my email, made me reset my password and still didn’t let me log in

You can only watch five ads per hour to earn a total of 50 stars/hr but it doesn’t always give me the full amount. Sometimes it gives me 10 or none at all. Very frustrating.
