This is literally my first review on the App Store so I am definitely very frustrated. When I first downloaded Starplay it worked great. I could receive 100% of my rewards from watching ads or completing missions. In the last few weeks though Starplay has gotten very bad at rewarding me in full- sometimes if I turn my WiFi off I can get 40 tokens but these days I literally get at most 10 tokens per five ads, and my tapjoy offerwall that usually has missions doesn’t work. And today I actually received ZERO tokens despite watching all the ads. It doesn’t help that Tapjoy doesn’t offer customer support for these kinds of issues. To put it bluntly, I am annoyed. This is the best way I can support my group and the fact that I might have to give it up because of such terrible app quality bothers me.

So I downloaded starplay to vote for ENHYPEN, but I spent an hour trying to log in to an acc I recently made. I tried logging in with Facebook, google and an acc w just an ID and password. Whenever I tried logging in, it gave me the option to resend an email verification email and I was so confused.. I kept checking my mail and saw nothing, so I clicked to resend another email verification. Right after I click to resend an email again, the numbers and words 500 | Error pop up on my screen. I can’t seem to log in to the acc I made, and don’t know how to. I’m currently very frustrated, I just wanted to vote for ENHYPEN!!

i have so many complains about this app that makes me so frustrated but here are some:
1. rewards are not giving after watching ads: i have to watch at least 2min and 30secs of ads just to not get the rewards that were supposed to be given, and this does not only happen once, but it’s been already 4 times
2. app suddenly goes blank: it is exactly what it means. the app out of nowhere becomes blank and the only thing you can do is scroll down and the loading icon will show up. however, in most cases, the screen just stays blank instead of going back to normal.
3. constantly ignorant changed settings and going back to as how the app originally was
4. it takes a LONG TIME to load ANYTHING in the app, be it writing a comment, opening another tab, or posting something

please step up your game because this isn’t it! and whoever is thinking of downloading it for any purposes other than voting for their band, just DON’T!
