- Without an email from a .gov or the New Zealand government taking responsibility for cracking down on copy cats how can anyone follow along.
App will not take my picture . Have tried repeatedly.
The scan functions don't work either for passport or face I succeeded after 20 tries but my partner cannot do it
I've been trying the app for one week now, and it gets to the point right after I answer all the questions, and then it crashes. It says "Sorry, an error occurred," and gives me a retry button at the bottom of my screen. When I click "retry" it takes me back to the "take photo" screen. I've tried it day after day and still can't get it to complete my Visa request. I read that there was a software upgrade, so I forced the stop on the app, I uninstalled the app, and I re-installed it. It still came up with the same error message at the same place.
I applied for and got my NZ visa awhile back, but now the app is working at all, so can't show it. You can go here to see/print your visa if needed, also apply here if needed. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the app to see if that might help, but now, when I go in the app, it wants me to 'begin' the process and apply for a visa. Yeah, the app is crap. All I have is the paper copy of the email when I was granted. Good luck all.
I can't download the app. I keep getting a message saying "Sorry, an error occurred". This has been going on for two days. I have an iphone 13 with the latest IOS

I have an Apple iPhone 13 mini w/IOS 16.1.1. What good is the app if it never works.

I've been trying get app to open for 2 days. Unexpected error message or network connection error. Tried reloading app several times, checked permissions, restarted phone. Results are still the same. Using samsung 9S+.

On 1/1/23 my app only states now “there is an error come back later.” I’m trying to add my spouse and can’t get access. We have tried reinstalling app but same problem. What should we do?
The app is not working so I decided to do the application online and I was charged NZD $129. Is this correct? I read that fee is $23 for NZeTA online and $35 IVL cost...that's a total of $58.....please advise. Also I need to make an application for my wife travelling with me. Message since yesterday says “experiencing network issues. Try again later.”
My iPhone 10 app scans my passport, takes my picture, asks questions, and asks for my email address, all with no error messages. When I click Continue, it says "sorry, an error occurred. Sorry we couldn't complete the request." Clicking Retry takes me back to the "take photo" page. Tried this 3 times, all failed.

After I 'Agree' to the privacy and terms of use, I get the messge "Sorry, an error occurred" at the top of the screen and message "Sorry, we couldn't complete the request" in the text box of the app. the only option on the screen is the retry button at the bottom. Clicking that takes me back to the 'Request your NZeTA" screen to start all over.

I have the NZeTA on my iphone. After I scan my passport, it wants to take my picture. I align my face with the guide but nothing happens.
Every time I tried to open on my android phone I get this message. "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later". I have been trying for 5 days now to get this to work. I also tried on my wife's iPhone and got the same message.
I tried to process an application and am receiving "Please wait while we analyse your request." I tried to submit the application for myself and also for my wife, but after I scanned my wife's passport and entered in the information to submit I am receiving the error message.
