I have a problem with Signature-App

User reports:

- The app does not allow multiple PDFs to be indexed.

- There is no option to share signed documents.

- The app falsely states that the service is free, but charges for unlimited signatures.

- It only saves documents in a .png format, not PDF.

- The app crashes when attempting to share a document.

- It crashes when trying to create a signature.

- It only allows files to be emailed as PNG pictures.

- It cannot load Word documents and crashes frequently.

- It does not work properly with iPhones.

To resolve Signature-App network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Signature-App App
1. On android, goto Settings » Signature-App » click [Force Stop]

Clear Signature-App App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Signature-App » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Signature-App.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Signature-App » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Signature-App » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Signature-App
