6 months agoI regret using this app in the first place how could I sub for 1 week and u hold a1year (62000) money without no message of reconfirmation or something .pls have cancelled the one week subscription now ,I hope the money will be returned now .. Kindly reverse my money back to my account pls.... So that I will recommend more people as I always do .This is a urge amount of money u hold to ur app .refund should be done....unless I will report ur app for fraud to cbn with alot of evidence of people that have comments here.Have screen shot their comments anyway .Thanks for your quick response

1 year agoThis company is the biggest scam... they just keep taking money from my account and mostly at night when I am sleeping. They are taking 9.99 out of my checking account every night around midnight. I have cancelled the card so you will not be able to get anymore money

1 year agoYou keep charging my credit card EVERY week $4.99. I cancelled online back in April. There were no more charges after that and now you've started charging again. 2 years agoLost my subscription and Pro Cards. Cannot access unlimited enhancements anymore. I share Remini between two devices (iPad and iPhone). I was able to use my subscription on both devices until one day my iPhone dropped my subscription. It said "The current Apple ID has already purchased a subscription. Please go to the App Store to change another ID." HUH?!? I used the same ID before with no issues, and now it’s telling me to use another ID? This makes no sense. Even worse, I logged off Remini on my iPad to see if it wouid fix the issue on my phone. Now BOTH devices have lost the subscription!! Now it gives me the same dumb "change another ID" nonsense!! 😡😡😡 Please help fix this issue! I love this app to death, but I should not have to deal with these headaches every day. I would also like my subscription extended by two months. That’s how long this issue has been bugging me for. It’s been infuriating to say the least. Thank you.

3 years agoI recently tried to use the Remini app to enhance an old photo, as I did a few months ago. Whether I use it on my Samsung S10 or with Blue Stacks, I have the same problem. The app remains stuck at the "Creating Task... an ad will display" part. No ad ever appears, and the app never proceeds to the next step, even after 20 minutes, although in the past it only took only seconds. I've tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to help. Can you suggest what I can do? I really appreciate its capabilities. Thank you.

3 years agoAre you serious? I realize that ads are part of the free features, but a YouTube video with Jimmy 2Timez???? And a girl wearing only shorts half way up her a$$ spends the entire ad disgracing herself shaking her naked butt? I like rap, but that ad is over the top. That’s how you allow women to be depicted on your side? Demeaning, no matter where your interests lie. Sure can’t let yearbook kids clear up photos using Remini anymore. Bye, Remini.

Payments on top of the already expansive subscription?????
This is a first. You sign up for the thing. $5/month ($60/year if you’re counting). Then, in order to get the “”Enhance +”” feature (double quotes because this is so... tacky) you need to pay more money for each “”Pro Card””. It’s never made that clear until you start exploring the app. Apparently the AI gives you several versions of the improved photo so you can pick one. $5 for 5 Pro Cards, $10 for 12, $25 for 30 and so forth. WAY too expansive for what it is. Flimsy browsing among my pictures. It defaults to a camera(??) every time, instead of my photo album. Why on earth would I fix a picture I am taking right now !!!)? I got on the subscription but it’ll be a one month thing. The promise is good, it somewhat delivers on that, but they’re crazy if they think the program is worth this much. To put the final nail in the coffin, the biggest drawback in my opinion is the fact that you’ll end up with a new version of the photo you’re “fixing”. There’s no using the app from within Photos either. In addition to editing the photo, I need to re-add all the information about date and location again. Making this much money, they should probably invest in ways of making this happen. Saving: did I mention that no matter how many times you click on a picture to save it to the camera roll, it’ll say it saved it, only to never show up anywhere?

Not A Fan Anymore
Glad the recent reviews agree with me. The newest huge update isn’t great. Isn’t even good. Apologies because y’all seemed happy about it in the announcement but it’s no better at enhancing than it was, it takes even longer to load and I have to stay on the app the ENTIRE time which is extremely annoying, there’s NO MORE HISTORY which was super helpful because it saved time, and for some reason even though I’ve paid the $5/month thing for about a year it’s saying I don’t have a subscription anymore and is giving me ads again (I’ve tried to “restore” and it says there’s nothing to restore). The only other thing I used was the add-color one and even that wasn’t great so it wasn’t used often. Enhance+ doesn’t make a difference either. Too often, the AI doesn’t even recognize a face when it’s RIGHT THERE and sometimes it detects a face WHERE THERE IS NO FACE (it also messes up the eyes and teeth a lot). I’m just super frustrated and I use the app every day (not an exaggeration, because I’m an editor) so I need it back the way it was asap. Thanks.

Not a great experience
The app clearly states that it works on videos yet when I load up the app it only gives me “enhance” and “enhance+” as options. Assuming enhancing videos is a premium feature I subscribe for 1 month to test it out. After subscribing the only change is no ads but no other features are available. I try to contact their support email but have yet to receive a response. Having to then troubleshoot myself I try to download the app on a second device but when I go to restore my subscription on the second device I get “unable to verify purchase receipt please repurchase”, okay maybe a subscription is only good for one device but I do not think that information is very clear, then to make it worse now when I open the app on my original device it says I only have a free account and gives me the same message as my second device was giving, and of course no response from their support email.
