I had SenpexCourier for a month and only got one trip from them. And that trip was already assigned to someone else so when I went to go pick it up, it was already gone. The crazy thing is whenever I go active. I wouldn’t get any trips but when I’m not active it will say I got a trip then it would already be assigned to someone else and it will say oh well if you do not accept this trip, your rating will go down, but I never got a chance to see the trip. I never got a chance to accept the trip. It was already gone the moment I even looked at the phone. to get in contact with support is a whole Nother thing. I would text them from SenpexCourier and literally a day or maybe three days later somebody would actually respond, I was at one point told somebody will get in contact with me, but they never did so. Don’t waste your time using SenpexCourier I even have screenshots of conversations well suppose conversations of me trying to get a contact with support.

I’m giving a one star because there is a problem we are receiving my commissions every Monday and Friday and I constantly have to hit up Support and then I see you don’t get my money until three days later so that’s the only reason why I’m giving it one star they fix it where are my commission comes on Monday and Fridays as noted then I will give you a five star cause I like that app just not how long it takes to receive money

Like other reviewers say, they hound you about being “on time”, even if you’re a minute late.
Once you complete the delivery, you’d think you’d get paid same day. Nope. You have to wait for them to clear the payment, which takes 2-3 days.
Once the payments cleared and deposited to your account you think, great! Right? No again. It’s been hours since I got the deposit notification and still do not see the money in my account. I’m currently asking them about this but they are being slow to respond. Weren’t slow when it was me rushing to get the order done on their behalf.
Watch out for this company if you work with them and don’t invest much into them. Other platforms have lower pay, but at least you get PAID.

So check this out;

First of all they have very few offers every week; so it cant be a reliable way of doing some extra money;

Then when they assign an order they’re going crazy about it; send you reminder 1 hour before; if you are 1 mile away when there is still 20+ min till the pickup time another mail saying your’re late like they unable to see you on the map. Then you have customer support calling you.

They are a third party; you’re going to pick up the offer and say what company you’re with and they have no idea as most of the orders are coming trough ez catering.

The interface is not user friendly; you have to take a pic at the pick up and drop off and at the drop off you usually go to some companies and have 0 details where you’re supposed to drop it off; they just assume you will figure it out; on your time.

Now why I hate them; the last delivery i’ve done for them the restaurant haven’t got the order and had to wait 1h; and ended up arguing with senpex as they did not wanted to compensate for that and ended up calling to hr but never received those money!!!

So be aware! You’ll do the work for free; avoid; there are way better alternatives on the market

In California the state law for gig workers independent contractors were are supposed to be receiving prop 22 to Atleast make the bare minimum wage I’ve literally drove for senpex well over 2 weeks and was not compensated they have not sent me my prop 22 earnings in no form I’ve spent more money in gas then I actually made example I’m spending $300 a week on the trips I’ve done in the past 2 weeks and I mean we’ll over 15 days straight i didn’t even make the gas money back either week at all not even close to it and not only that for some strange reason they want to pay u by the week funds are not immediately available like other apps they hold onto drivers money u literary have to hustle other apps to make up wages that’s lost senpex is by far worst than roadie worst than Uber or Uber eats or any other app I’ve used for the past 7 years hands down I’ll be suing them for my earnings

Driver support is the worst. I received a call as I was pulling up to pick up a delivery 10 minutes before pick up time asking if I was going to pick up. I don’t mind receiving the call but the problem is the dispatcher was so NASTY. I will never answer their call while I’m delivering. Another issue is that the dispatcher sends messages while I’m almost at the pick up every trip. When driving, sometimes it’s hard to know that a message is coming through SenpexCourier . When I stopped at a light on my way to pick up another order I saw a new message had come through asking if I was going to pick up the delivery and then the dispatcher cancelled the order. I was 2 minutes away. I texted “driving” then they added the order back. You would think that the company would read these reviews and address the concerns with their dispatchers to make for a better experience for drivers which ultimately make for a better experience for the customer.

This company is simply shady and dishonest. They used to steal customer TIPS from drivers and now they finally do pay tips to drivers but offer low base pay. Substituting base pay with customer tips is illegal and bad business practice.

You can tell it’s not American run company. Mentality and how you run business is from those third world countries. They will take advantage of drivers in any way they can.

Very unprofessional customer service. They also force you to keep you tracking on always and track your activity over other apps. When I called to address them about this, some guy caught an attitude and said they were gonna terminate me for even being concerned about my data being tracked. One of the most disrespectful companies to ever do business with. I don’t see SenpexCourier making very far for much longer.

SenpexCourier is the worst I have used for delivery services. It’s confusing and you have to read through the paragraph of the description to know whether you can actually fit the items in your vehicle. One time SenpexCourier had me deliver to a naval base, where they searched my vehicle (which I understand and don’t blame the naval base), but then I had to fill out forms and wait for at least half an hour to get clearance to deliver the items. SenpexCourier stinks, it’s a waste of time. Apps like Roadie are way better organized and user friendly.

I had terrible experience with this company. Because of worst ever customer service with the driver and they like to cheat on payments you will never get paid what you earn and you should be. I had delivered a food stuck for 2 hours on traffic jam and they just refused to pay me it’s not a big amount but still customer service just said that they don’t care about the rules and regulations and you can do what ever you want.

Sendpex use to send payments every 2 days no matter the day . Now they payout ONCE A WEEK every Monday and Friday. Which doesn’t make sense because jobs completed Monday don’t hit your account until one week and the same goes for Friday. So technically they payout once a week with partial payment. If you complete 10 deliveries Monday to Monday you won’t get paid for all deliveries, only half and the rest the following week. Sendpex wasn’t the best to begin with but this now it’s the WORST! Dont waste your time signing up. The work is underpaid and payment schedule is a scam. Work for anybody but Sendpex

Had a family emergency happen and had to abruptly cancel about 5 hours before the pickup. Got all these threatening notifications from Senpex. Not at all cool. Let’s just be real, family or a algorithm based app…? Hhmmm. Which shall I choose…? Customer support is extremely lacking too. Utterly disgusting the way these apps treat us contractors for whom we make the shareholders profit…!

I never ever recommended SenpexCourier. Please do not waste your time on SenpexCourier. I have driven almost a million miles by doing this kind of jobs. But I never find this kind of crap. They are big liars. People who say Good support must have been paid for review or favor in getting assign offers. And I’m positive that those people will change their reviews in future.

Literally the worst delivery gig I’ve ever used and I’ve worked with quite a few. At first I saw maybe 1 order come in every few months then absolutely nothing was coming in for several months. There is literally zero instructions on how they want you to conduct yourself on catering orders. I thought I was supposed to just pick up and drop off the orders until one client got upset with me because I didn’t set up the food for them after walking up 3 flights of stairs with heavy boxes. I was so annoyed with the company for the lack of communication lack of work so I asked them to delete my account several times and was ignored. The one time I spoke to a live representative he refused to cancel my account and told me to be patient and wait for orders. Few months go by still not a single order sent my way. And yes I was “online” ready to accept. Went on their website to delete my account myself and none of the instructions worked. I email again and got ignored again. Now over a year later i haven’t received any orders yet I’m still activated and online so I finally got it deleted and had to do it manually on their site and it finally worked this time. What a mess.

I did Senpex for a while I would get orders here and their I would always show up early at restaurants and delivery early I though I was doing good by showing up early to orders mind you I was never told I shouldn’t pick up orders early or drop off early

I received this order one day and I was 5 mins away from pick up and start time was in 30 mins I got there 10 mins early by the time I got my order and put it in my car took me about 5 mins so I had an extra 5 mins I was like let me start driving to my drop off I put my drop off in my navigation it’s only about 7 mins away and drop off was at 11:30 but my arrival is at 11:07 so I go drop off the order the person that ordered took my order and everything

After 30 mins I get a message from support being so rude telling me that I shouldn’t pick up orders early and drop them off early and at that time I got paid $10 for delivery and $25 tip they literally took my tip away and just paid me $10 I argued with them and said I did my job and I shouldn’t be penalized for something I wasn’t informed about they didn’t care at all and just because of one mistake that wasn’t my fault I haven’t seen an order pop up for months I message them about it and they don’t even respond anymore

SenpexCourier “send” your money to your recorded bank account inside of app and show transfer be done. But in your app bank not show nothing about this transfer. I wait 3 days and my money was not deposited. Taking time to pay is already bad to wait, but working and not getting paid is worse, are we going back to slav…?

Beware driver support is either rude or non responsive, They don’t pay for your mileage driven, I was told that they are keeping the tips, they don’t offer instant cash outs and it takes almost a week to get your money, and they are very unprofessional and unorganized

The all doesn’t notify the user of loads. No rings or sounds if any sort. No way if knowing if there is an available load other than staring at SenpexCourier every single minute of every single hour. This means that you can sit for hours looking at SenpexCourier before you get a load. And when you get one it gets taken by another driver very quicckly, which is why you need to look ay SenpexCourier every single minute of every single hour in the day.

The side hustle is great and easy but they make it soooooo complicated!

If they came through with constant orders, it would be great with the amount that they pay but… You only get orders every blue moon and the post comes within two to three days. Also, their customer service is TERRIBLE… They don’t care.

They want you to chat with support, no phone number to ask questions. I have repeatedly asked how to delete or clear all the old notifications on SenpexCourier as I have over 200 of them dating back to when I started last July. No one will respond to me.

I’ve done Senpex Courier for about 1 year. I would receive offers daily, then one particular time i had to mark the order delivered so it wasn’t late. And as I’m going up the elevator, the customer called and said they did not receive their order. Ever since then, I haven’t received a single order. I’ve tried emailing and calling, but zero response and no help from support. It still says I’m online and all. I’ve been logged online for weeks, deleted SenpexCourier and re-downloaded it, updated it, but still nothing. It’s very frustrating because I actually really enjoyed delivering with Senpex Courier…

I was shot at in 2021, haven’t worked for them since except a few delivery jobs. I did the delivery as normal as I usually do. I did several deliveries for them I can’t see why they don’t understand I just want to defend myself at home.

SenpexCourier has been good to me so far. Getting not so many requests and if you do you have to be fast to accept it. Some customers with give a tip but some don’t. The commission you get is pretty much higher than average I think. The orders I got from the past are more like big orders which I don’t mind at all. It would be nice to have an instant cash out though.

Today Senpex is good option for earning extra money in your free time. You can get your money in time and if you have any issues with payments they can hear you and solve it. App itself is easy enough to use.

Great place to work as an independent driver. Great pay and friendly support. It's easy to use app, accept trips, great option for navigation with clear description where to deliver. It's been 2 years I have been working with Senpex and will keep working as long as possible because they are just amazing. I prefer Senpex over Uber, Lyft or other delivery partner.

Most of the deliver are catering or big order so pay is also great better than any other app.

They compensate if we have to wait longer than expected time and help us with any ongoing problem right way.

Work is flexible with them so that you can work whenever you want.

I highly suggest to work for Senpex anyone working as independent driver .

I’m a driver in nyc area and New Jersey and I can tell that they are one of the best to work with payments are always on point never delayed they just need to expand more and getting more jobs other than that is great working with them they have never let me down give them a try u won’t be disappointed ✌🏻

This is one of the apps I really like working with. Great support, no issues. The only thing I would like to see improved is a same day payment system. Right now it takes a few days which is still ok but as couriers we have immediate expenses such as fuel etc so same day pay would make it easier. Great app and team though.

Absolutely love SenpexCourier. Next to roadie and Bungii, you can make a decent living. Only downside is every other app spoils you to next day/same day pay, Senpex kind of gets you a payment whenever they get it to you 🤣🤣. It’s worth it though, great app

I love working for this company. They are constantly getting new clients. Customer service is awesome and they don’t shortchange you. I would recommend this for anybody who is starting gig work. I also would like to add that I make this my full-time job.

I think Senpex is awesome! It's a wonderful way to serve people in our communities and make some money. SenpexCourier is really user friendly, as well. Every time call driver support is super helpful!
App works great. I wish there was a way I could see/know the customer feedback I'm receiving (like Uber) so that I can improve my service if needed.

I’m not always working on SenpexCourier . But when I have some time I look into it. Done a few deliveries. Try and not do more than I can handle. Otherwise it’s worked for me.

I have driven over 1200 deliveries for Uber deliveries, Doordash, Dispatch, and also SENPEX and nobody even comes close to the Driver service that SENPEX provides. Senpex pays better and as far taking care of their drivers pay, making sure we are being treated fairly the time and attention I was given. Their driver customer service is leagues above the other companies l've driven for. Thank you.
