I had this app for a month and only got one trip from them. And that trip was already assigned to someone else so when I went to go pick it up, it was already gone. The crazy thing is whenever I go active. I wouldn’t get any trips but when I’m not active it will say I got a trip then it would already be assigned to someone else and it will say oh well if you do not accept this trip, your rating will go down, but I never got a chance to see the trip. I never got a chance to accept the trip. It was already gone the moment I even looked at the phone. to get in contact with support is a whole Nother thing. I would text them from the app and literally a day or maybe three days later somebody would actually respond, I was at one point told somebody will get in contact with me, but they never did so. Don’t waste your time using this app I even have screenshots of conversations well suppose conversations of me trying to get a contact with support.

Driver support is the worst. I received a call as I was pulling up to pick up a delivery 10 minutes before pick up time asking if I was going to pick up. I don’t mind receiving the call but the problem is the dispatcher was so NASTY. I will never answer their call while I’m delivering. Another issue is that the dispatcher sends messages while I’m almost at the pick up every trip. When driving, sometimes it’s hard to know that a message is coming through the app. When I stopped at a light on my way to pick up another order I saw a new message had come through asking if I was going to pick up the delivery and then the dispatcher cancelled the order. I was 2 minutes away. I texted “driving” then they added the order back. You would think that the company would read these reviews and address the concerns with their dispatchers to make for a better experience for drivers which ultimately make for a better experience for the customer.

In California the state law for gig workers independent contractors were are supposed to be receiving prop 22 to Atleast make the bare minimum wage I’ve literally drove for senpex well over 2 weeks and was not compensated they have not sent me my prop 22 earnings in no form I’ve spent more money in gas then I actually made example I’m spending $300 a week on the trips I’ve done in the past 2 weeks and I mean we’ll over 15 days straight i didn’t even make the gas money back either week at all not even close to it and not only that for some strange reason they want to pay u by the week funds are not immediately available like other apps they hold onto drivers money u literary have to hustle other apps to make up wages that’s lost senpex is by far worst than roadie worst than Uber or Uber eats or any other app I’ve used for the past 7 years hands down I’ll be suing them for my earnings
