After spending many times asking the customer support person for doing a ground domestic shipment, here are the results.
1. Took my money through paytm and no process for getting refunds.
2. Did not pick up package in two days after all types of assurances.
3. Customer Support claiming to have checked on shipment status actually did no checking and gave false information.

I returned a parcel to the dealer through this app and the whole return process, right from the day the delivery person picked up my parcel, took more than a month. Very poor return service. I have to call them every single day to know about status of my parcel. Very disappointed

I’ve lost nearly INR 2600 because of errors on this app’s partners and this app’s response in dealing with their partners.
They’re basically stealing my money.
I would highly recommend not to try their service - after 6 months of use, I’m better off walking down to the local courier place.

Have done pickup was not picked up on schedule date first time with them and very bad app calling them they said they will pickup order next day , Next day also no pickup ,

iam so disappointed with Shiprocket and this app
because iam not satisfied with the ofquality product and when i was to return . no response from the customer’site’and Shiprocket
continuesly three days i have been trying to contact customer but all the time they are buzy
plz help me to return the product
