How to fix UNICORN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the UNICORN app on iPhone
Update UNICORN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall UNICORN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix UNICORN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve UNICORN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

UNICORN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix UNICORN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the UNICORN App
1. On android, goto Settings » UNICORN » click [Force Stop]

Update UNICORN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UNICORN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UNICORN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UNICORN.

Fix UNICORN unable to contact server/ UNICORN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UNICORN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UNICORN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
