Photopia director stopped functioning. I downloaded the most recent version. it said it installed correctly, but will not open and then the icon disappears when rebooting the computer

How to fix Photopia app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Photopia app on iPhone
Update Photopia app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Photopia iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Photopia on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Photopia network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Photopia Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Photopia not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Photopia App
1. On android, goto Settings » Photopia » click [Force Stop]

Update Photopia to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Photopia App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Photopia » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Photopia.

Fix Photopia unable to contact server/ Photopia internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Photopia » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Photopia » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Photopia
