It has an overarching channels feature that enables organizations to manage multiple operations, departments, sectors, or investigations at the same time. The platform has three modules that can be purchased individually: Locate, Connect, and Activate. It also integrates leading cellular PTT solutions.

IntrepidResponse is not user friendly at all. There is no tutorial, instructions or FAQ’s on how to use any feature that IntrepidResponse offers. Once you are a logged on it is completely on you to figure out how to do anything. And even then the options that you do have are limited. Sadly the computer version of this is not any better and still does not offer any FAQ’s or Help feature. Great in theory, complete failure in execution.
