I have a problem with Tonality

User reports:
No current problems

- The strummer feature could benefit from an omnichord type function.

- The learning curve may be a little steep for some users.

- The sustain hold feature is missing, which can be inconvenient.

- The app lacks an octave up or down per chord and easy invert.

- The pads cannot be triggered from an external MIDI keyboard.

- The app could benefit from having presets full of chords.

- The 'done' button should be on the same page as chord selection in addition to the edit chord window.

Common Tonality Problems & Solutions. Troubleshooting Guide

To resolve Tonality network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Tonality App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tonality » click [Force Stop]

Clear Tonality App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tonality » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tonality.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tonality » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tonality » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
