  Best app

  I really like this app and would recommend it to people to use. It’s really good, easy identity confirmation, first money transfer. I’ve never had any problem with any transaction ever since I started using this app and I would have given it a five start but the only issue I’m having with this app is the maintenance issues, maintenance shouldn’t be done during the day in order not to disturb people using it for business. It should be don’t in the midnight when people using it won’t be much... I will be happy if kuda team can look into this for me and I will be happy if that’s corrected cause while upgrading this app, it’s stops people from using it and might be disturbing any urgent transaction..

  Wakkk-😡🥵 not cool. At all. Tried on both phone.

  You’re obtaining people’s BVN I guess. And making self advantage reviews to make people thing it’s cool. It’s not working, it keeps saying I’m registered and they won’t send me anything to my email to reset my password. Nothing working. Don’t do it until they figure out their system.

  This is actually first time I will write a review about an app,KUDA BANK is best described with 2 word “SiMPLY AMAZING” since I have been using this bank i got so addicted I abandoned my other major banks. NO charges,free transfer,no maintenance fee,no hidden charges,very simple and easy to sign up, and again free alert,what else are you looking for ?!,I love this app mehn 😍❤️🥰

  Inverse white

  So I’m using dark mode on my iPhone XR and when I tried to input my address to order a card, the screen was totally white, I had to go back to settings and change to light mode. I hope this bug can be attended to immediately, otherwise it’s a 5 star rating for kuda app but I’ll leave it at 3 star until that error is corrected.

  Customer service is 100%, the app is easy to access, free or less charges compared to other financial institutions, kuda bank is bank for the future and I will keep banking with them.

  I have been trying to login into my account but isn’t going sayin invalid login and I have reset it still saying same thing, what wrong and I got funds inside it😡😡

  Don’t Rely on The Bank

  I made a transfer to my Kuda account and it’s not reflecting and the customer care number or switched off always.

  Their service doesn’t make any sense. Don’t use it!

  Steady failed transactions and they make you wait 48hours without reversal. I regret putting my bvn into this. Be cautious!!
