Show more y friends BVN just to get my money out of your bank quickly, after doing that, it said something about the name on the BVN account does not match my this app bank account name, so I inputted my main BVN Number again, and it said, “It’s been reviewed” or something like that, that it’s going to take weeks and I need that money now. My friend’s this app account didn’t take this long, it reflected, now that I try saving money with you, this is happening for no reason at all, please just tell me how to get my money out of your bank, and never again come to Kuda, I can’t be dealing with this issues.

This is the worse banking experience ever. Absolutely no customer service, even their number online say “not reachable” every single time of the day. Kuda does not deserve 5star because.. if you have any issue with your account you won’t get response on time, once you sent an email just sit down and pray they’ll get back to you pretty soon, and they will never issue your debit card on time you’ll have to wait for months before you can get it...... You’re obtaining people’s BVN I guess. And making self advantage reviews to make people thing it’s cool. It’s not working, it keeps saying I’m registered and they won’t send me anything to my email to reset my password. Nothing working. Don’t do it until they figure out their system.

I've been getting text messages for me to upgrade my account to a business account and the link there for me to upgrade takes me to a this app bank website and ask me to login and my browser notifies me the the website is not secure so that's what got my attention

So I’m using dark mode on my iPhone XR and when I tried to input my address to order a card, the screen was totally white, I had to go back to settings and change to light mode.
