After install (many times) on iPad do not ask for creation vpn config and actually do not create it. So do not work. Privacy screen OK … Connection screen OK but do not work Thank in advance

How to fix nthLink app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the nthLink app on iPhone
Update nthLink app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall nthLink iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix nthLink on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve nthLink network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

nthLink Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix nthLink not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the nthLink App
1. On android, goto Settings » nthLink » click [Force Stop]

Update nthLink to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear nthLink App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » nthLink » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart nthLink.

Fix nthLink unable to contact server/ nthLink internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click nthLink » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto nthLink » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch nthLink
