If you’re not too late - don’t even buy NIBE. We’re having 2 pumps for 7 and 6 years and besides 3-times liquid leaks - replacing in 7030, complete compressor failure on 1245; There were “only” 2x every year motor protection (when you just need to go physically to the location for reset - remote somehow doesn’t work); besides these issues only normal outages with connections happening. There’s few more workflow issues there - we’ve installed another competitor heatpump & 100%
Oh - and developers: your poor reaction - contact us reply… save your fingers - we did - and you didn’t bring ANY solution.

As happy as I have been with geothermal, I’ve been equally disappointed with this help. Overly complicated to establish a link (a team of 3 electricians were helping and couldn’t figure it out) and I repeatedly have to sign in and am not am no longer able to control my home’s temperature remotely.

Have this app for the 10 thermostats on my dual ClimateMaster Trilogy system. The HVAV system is amazing but the app is constant problems, missing functions and no support (have not responded to multiple contacts through the website).
