Hard to edit and correct the captions if I can’t hear the audio while playing it. The audio works in normal playback but not while editing the captions.

I was very happy to use AutoCapvideocaptions and was about to sign up for a subscription to remove the water mark. However, my phone updated to iOS 14.4 and now AutoCapvideocaptions crashes mid-transcription. I tried 5 times to get a video transcribed and edited but AutoCapvideocaptions would crash when I was about two minutes into the editing process. You also can't save progress; you can only save once the complete transcription is done without any editing. It's hard to find alternatives at this price point, so I hope the developers fix this ASAP.

It works so well. Voice recognition is fantastic. I like the interface; it saves me a lot of time. I love the text animations and that you can mix them. I’d highly recommend AutoCapvideocaptions.

This is the best app so far when it comes to captions! It isn’t the best it could be, but it is amazing. Hopefully they continue to improve their software but overall it’s great!

I love AutoCapvideocaptions and especially the text animations. Would highly recommend AutoCapvideocaptions to everyone.

This was a wonderful app that I have used for months. I wanted to purchase the subscription but now AutoCapvideocaptions completely closes during a transcription, it doesn’t transcribe the requested video and even doesn’t offer me the chance to purchase it now.

AutoCapvideocaptions went from helpful to unhelpful, so don’t waste your time or money.

I subscribed and it worked for the IG reel I was working on. I’d love to have options for repositioning the caption higher up in the video in the future.

AutoCapvideocaptions was amazing but lately it stops working at 5min and AutoCapvideocaptions closes without warning. Not sure why but this started after recent update. I would give it a 5 star but now giving it a 1 star.

I’m not able to hear any sound unless I exported the video. I don’t know if there is a settings to bring the sound on. I purchased the software for 1year

Auto caption feature is useless. Have to correct every other word. Do not bother.

This was a great app. I paid to remove watermark. After I did, it stopped allowing edits, so captions are incorrect.

I was so happy to find AutoCapvideocaptions as it automatically adds captions to your videos! BUT unfortunately it doesn’t work properly.

These are the things they need to fix:

1. Have an UNDO button and REDO button to fix changes back and forth.

2. I changed the auto Highlight Color (which was bright neon yellow 👍🏽) but I went to experiment with the colors and there was no way to select that bright neon yellow again, as it is not an option out of the color bar to select. Hence an UNDO button would have been helpful, OR have the same color as an option to select back to.

3. I couldn’t add a sentence in between lines. If I tried adding a sentence by adding words to the previous line and then shifting the new part down a line, it sometimes didn’t get accepted by AutoCapvideocaptions and completely ignored the new words.

4. Shifting words on the timed out audio track DID NOT WORK! The audio timeline was blank and/ or the bar that slides the timing did not work either. So the timing of words is what it is :/

5. AutoCapvideocaptions kept failing and completely shut down, and I’d have to restart. The only saving grace is, it kept most of my changes and I didn’t have to completely start over.

I want to use and like AutoCapvideocaptions but it doesn’t work. Warning: DON’T BUY IT. There’s too many things wrong with it.

So I’m a YouTuber and I noticed this works perfectly for short videos like 6 seconds. Anything Longer, the videos won’t save. The caption works but AutoCapvideocaptions won’t let me save it and export it as a final product. Frustrating ... I want to upgrade to a paying customer this actually worked properly

I found AutoCapvideocaptions very buggy. It was buggy when I tried to edit a sentence, buggy when going back, buggy throughout. It was 90% accurate for captions though which is nice, but given the 10% that needed to be edited via a semi-functional process, I don’t recommend this product.

If you’re a content creator, you should know how important it is to have engaging captions. The competitor does something similar to this but you have to split, keyframe, copy, paste etc. aka TOO MANY DANG steps to achieve the same results as Autocap. Keep up the amazing job! Yall have an affiliate link?

Teleprompter and Caption functions are both great, but good luck trying to use the other features such as, adding and editing photos into the video. The program glitches, and has trouble doing even a simple job of cropping or moving a photo onto your video. The photos is always distorted and the orientation is incorrect, and the function to correct it doesn’t work properly.

Decent program overall but still has some big issues to fix.

Good captions with a simple way to operate AutoCapvideocaptions . But only a handful of fonts compared to other apps. Some other apps have dozens and the ability to adjust captions in orientations other than horizontal. Also, why no ability to adjust the shadow size etc. Biggest problem is the limited amount of fonts. I purchased the year subscription but am feeling like I should have gone with a different app instead with more features.

My first video was perfect but that was it. For the rest visit the translation is not working properly and editing is even worse. Not sure if paying will make it better but if it does let me know because I like AutoCapvideocaptions but if I pay and it’s the same as the free version this will be a hard pass. AutoCapvideocaptions is glitchy and editing the words is not simple. Great idea poor execution.

Looks like I can’t do landscape view on my iPad anymore. Please bring that back - that is one of the mail reasons I purchased your app

AutoCapvideocaptions is great. Love all of the editing options. However, the caption is not accurate so you spend a ton of time editing your captions. If it were not for the time spent editing the auto cap, I would easily give it a five!

I use AutoCapvideocaptions to create content on social media. It’s very helpful and makes content creation easier.

I subscribed yesterday for the yearly membership of $29. 95 and I have a couple of questions and I can not having anyone contact me , I tried to send a message through AutoCapvideocaptions and it is not working . I tried to email you and no one is responding . Please cancel my membership and let me know the cancelation number . Why don’t you guys answer your messages?

Why is it soooooo freaking hard to cancel? Not letting me cancel but still charging me for a service I don’t use is a rip off!!! I gave my email. In which I’ve been charged more than once for a auto don’t even use! Cancel this subscription NOW!!!!!

It's a decent app, but not flawless. Firstly, I'm surprised there's no option for the 9:16 ratio, crucial for many streaming platforms. It functions well in Arabic, yet additional fonts would be beneficial. Apart from these points, it's a useful application for getting your tasks done.
