This was a great app then it updated
This was a wonderful app that I have used for months. I wanted to purchase the subscription but now the app completely closes during a transcription, it doesn’t transcribe the requested video and even doesn’t offer me the chance to purchase it now. This app went from helpful to unhelpful, so don’t waste your time or money.

Stops working at 6min Subscriber Review
This app was amazing but lately it stops working at 5min and the app closes without warning. Not sure why but this started after recent update. I would give it a 5 star but now giving it a 1 star.

I’m not able to hear any sound unless I exported the video. I don’t know if there is a settings to bring the sound on. I purchased the software for 1year
